My 3 pack of Twisted Tea rang up at $11, when it is marked $8.99 on the shelf. I merely mentioned the price difference and the employee working the register pulled out her own personal Green Dot card and paid for the entire $11 purchase.It was the quiet ginger girl, she’s an all star. If this gets to the manager, please reimburse this girl, and teach them how to take a dollar off the total. Great customer service.Side note……. The s’mores cookies are stupid fuego?? and basically always free of you actually use the AM/PM app rewards.

dont call the number google provides. it will connect you with tukwila. i walked all the way there cuz they always close for a while in the middle of the night and he said he would stay open for me cause he was getting ready to close shortly. Was pretty upset to say the least:/ not their fault though i don’t believe ??♀️ most of the workers here are nice, they just all seem to be miserable and hate their job though lol

I have been enjoying this location since I was able to drive (legally)haha. It was a great meet up spot since the location is prime for getting to a from the freeway. Now take into to consideration this review has nothing to do with the morning and afternoon staff. The graveyard shift is an absolute abomination to all that work at this hour. Whoever it is I don’t think I’ve ever seen him because the doors are locked and the sign says open, it makes me cringe and want to take my business elsewhere.This employee needs to be sacked immediately before this establishment loses more and more late-night customers. Also, who is this random drug dealer always stands out front asking each and every customer if they need or want something. Maybe hey let’s call the cops and get this guy taken care of so my children can come to this place.In the end, only use this place if it’s before 6..

Great establishment, location and most of the employees do a great job! The morning crew is amazing and the swing shift do a great job. Has great coffee and a variety of convenience snacks. The 24 hour opened policy however is in question. Their is a graveyard associate who does lock the doors and puts up a sign, and he does not greet his customers. Otherwise, this is a community water hole! Love the hard working ladys who work this location. They make it cozy and quick to get what you want.

Great establishment, location and most of the employees do a great job! The morning crew is amazing and the swing shift do a great job. Has great coffee and a variety of convenience snacks. Pretty disappointed. I drive out of my way for this Am/Pm and never had anything like this happen. I go in before work and get breakfast to eat and get a fountain MT.Dew with no ice because its gonna last me the good part of the work day. I go to the car and eat my breakfast and wait for my boss to text me the address of the job. Ten minutes go by and I take a drink of my soda and it's just carbonated water. So I go back in ask if I can switch it out with something else because it has no taste and now I gotta get going to work and he says no because theirs no refills. I tell him I'm not asking for a refil I'm asking for this bad soda to be replaced and he said so you want a refil because you want to use the same cup. I said I don't care how it's done but the soda is bad and I would like what I paid for and he says no refills and walks away from me. I go up to him and show him I took one drink and he blames it not having taste because it sat in my car ten minutes mind you I get it with out ice. I could see if I drank a bunch and wanted a replacement and yea after he said its because it sat in my car for ten mins I said some things I probably shouldn't have but he couldn't even look at me and treating me like a thief when he was acting like he was under the influence of drugs or something. I'm just speculating but something was off with him this morning because that wasn't anyone I've seen before. I ended up leaving the soda there even because what the hell else was I to do with it. It could've been handled better on his part as I've left my soda on my roof at the sunset location and drove off and they replaced my drink for free even though I offered to pay for it. I paid for a MT.DEW and got carbonated water because the MT.Dew was gone then got told oh well, if you want another you have to buy one. Don't think I can give that place my money anymore

Pretty cool convenient store inside Arco. I personally do not fill gas here due to its cheap but low oil quality. The store is great. Asian lady works there has a kind attitude, I enjoy hanging at this little market, get some of my snacks, potato chips, etc. But I would only come during daytime, staff who's on the nightshift are iron roosters, don't expect any accuracy on them while checking out. I don't actually feel safe at all cause behind the store its an apartment complex where creeps live and turn neighborhoods into ghettos. Gives me goosebumps.
