They didn’t stock the lids properly and i grabbed one and they flew everywhere and i offered to help but the nasty cashier (who already has one bad review from the looks of it) acted like i did it on purpose and was very rude. Cant speak english either. like the other review said, screen your employees.

I just purchased ice today 8/27 2023 and I forgot to grab the ice and I went back to grab it and the cashier did not want to give me the bag of ice I purchased when my total was $43 dollars and he did not give me my receipt he was very rude I do not recommend coming to this place

I've had mixed experiences at this location. First, I shoulf mention i really like their 2 for 6 on tall ipa cans and similar deals.Now as far as the employees, there's an older gentleman and a younger one that I have interacted with. The older gentleman is very cold and really only responds with one word answers, doesn't return pleasantries, etc. The younger gentleman is very friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to chat with.Additionally, they always close at 10 pm even though the web still says open 24 hours. Really deceptive and I've walked over to be very disappointed before.Generally a clean store with acceptable prices, but that older employee really sours the place with his negative attitude. He could really learn from the younger adult employee.

This business is a liar and a thief. I went to pay to get my gas paid at the counter and the cashier & manager refuse to give me gas saying I already pumped gas into my car. I have records and pictures as proof. I called the cops and have a police report on file as well to report to my bank later to get my money back, but I want EVERYONE to be aware they will lie to the police authority and steal your money. They refuse to allow police to check the camera. If you are not careful at the pump they will steal your hard earn money and lie to authorities this must be stop and this isn't the first time said the cop who came out to this event and the police can't do anything about it besides write a report for you to dispute with your bank! PLEASE DON'T GO HERE if you don't want your hard earned money stolen by liars and thief employee of this gas station!

Rude male cashier. I filled up my gas 5/06/2023 9:55 am before the need to use their bathroom. I asked the cashier and he denied at first that there was a bathroom. When I told him that my family used it earlier, he pointed the direction with angry face. When I’m about to leave, he locked the door and asked me to approach him. He had difficulty speaking English but tried to say “You and your family didn’t spend a penny but you use the bathroom.” I told him that I just filled up my tank but yelled, “ You go out!” I tried my best to hold my temper and I didn’t want to ruin my first ever vacation in Seattle. To the management, please screen your employees and don’t tolerate this kind of behavior. He is very rude.

If you come after 10PM you can't access the store. They are always closed. I have had employees come to the door saying we are closed. I'm going to stop coming if its not truly open 24 hours as advertised

Each morning about 4am-5am I come to this location and must say the attendant just got his name Singh greets customers with courtesy and he is very friendly. I enjoy getting my gas in this location.

I definitely enjoy going to this gas station to get some drinks and food because of the customer service. Shout out to Mike for always being so friendly and always making me feel welcome when I go. He always gives me a good experience. So thank you for this location for being great!
