Customer service is awful when the signage says buy two get one free and I buy five I should get two free they refused to honor the sticker that was on the Shelf they owe me $10 I talked to the both managers they were rude and basically walked away go to Super Safeway or the small Safeway avoid Albertsons

Sandy is a sweet person. I’m totally not used to deli personnel asking me twice if I need help. Dispute being very busy, Sandy took time to ask if I need any help as wanted to try anything. This is the best service I’ve ever gotten in 20 years.

I was referred to the Albertsons bakery after another grocery store nearby told me they couldn't make a unique cupcake cake. I explained what I wanted and they nailed it! Thank you for making it memorable!

The staff is always really nice, and very helpful. They have a decent selection of products and the stores usually clean, and I prefer this much better than the Safeway down the road which is very small.

This location is our go to store. The shelves have been kind of bare for some items but that's to be expected with everything going on. The staff is always courteous and helpful.

This grocery store rocks. Can I just say the bakery keeps me coming back every time?In addition, the store is well-stocked, clean, and organized. A huge contrast from the Safeway on Sunset. The staff (with the exception of some of the younger FOH employees) are always very nice and helpful too.

On Christmas Eve 2023, I witnessed a young Asian Man in line trying to buy a bunch of gift cards, he was trying to use a joint credit card but his Wife's name was on it and the cashier (Bev/older lady) told him he can't. The man said, "ok, I use it everywhere but I can use a debit," and he handed his debit card over to Bev, she checked it but, the Man put the credit card back into the machine, in an instant, Bev reached over the counter and snatched the card out of the machine! I found that to be incredibly rude to this man and see why he was frustrated. Then a Manager (Josh) came over and indeed confirmed that the Man was CORRECT and can use his credit card and said it was "ok." Bev, just starred at Josh, she was upset she was in the wrong IMO. So, all of that for nothing and the man said to Bev, "I didn't appreciate you reaching over and taking my card, that seemed very invasive." He also said it really polite! Then Bev says; "Its ok, that's fine!?" Not even an apology! Bev, was clearly acting like that because she was wrong to begin with, but didn't have the proffesionalism to own it apparently. The two semi went back and fourth before Josh came back and in a raised voice "DON'T TALK TO HER LIKE THAT!" Like what...? What did he say? He was sticking up for himself and he was CORRECT the entire time and she held him up for a long time. I feel Bev should have apologized and it would have been over, but as kind as she looks, she was very stubborn IMO. The man was shocked as I was...Then on Christ on Christmas Josh starts mocking the man, yes MOCKING; "Someones getting a lump of coal this year," the staff laughed! The man said "FU," to the Manager and "lets go outside then!?" He was over it at that point and walked out without further incident. I talked to the man outside and he was crying by his car, he had a passing in his family and this was the first time he's been out in public in weeks and was buying gift cards for family... SHAME ON Josh and SHAME on Bev! Where is the professionalism? You hold him up, he's CORRECT and then expresses his opinion and now he's in the wrong? I hope the Man calls corporate and complains! The Man wanted out of there so bad, he didn't even raise his voice and even some of the customers got mad at the man and told him they were calling the police, but they didn't see what happened, they only saw the end and Josh literally MOCKING the Man and I guess thought to join in? They were in the self-checkout and didn't even see what happened! Just shows, context matters! The man was frustrated, but it was so clear he wanted out of there and he was super calm, the store was 100% in the wrong IMO. The worst was after the man left, Josh and other staff, made fun of the man and I mean they were awful and to do that in front of customers was very disappointing, I was 5ft away and could hear everything...I'm glad the Man didn't hear any of that. I will never shop there again and I'm sure that young Man won't either! I talked to him for 10-15 minutes and he was a nice dude, really kind young man. If, he reads this, know I am sorry that happened, you seem like good Man and hope things get better for you and yours.
