Absolutely impressed with the service at Advance Auto Tune! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and welcoming. Jeremy and staff were also incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the issues with my vehicle in detail. The repair work was done efficiently and at a fair price. I appreciated their honest recommendations and the clear communication throughout the process and their labor. A soon to be college student Jeremy has helped me very much and I really appreciate him and the staff so much. Highly recommend Advance Auto Tune for anyone in need of reliable and top-notch auto repair.

I know there are some very positive experiences shared here . So I definitely take my review with a sense of responsibility to be fair to the business and customers
My overall experience with Jeremy , although started out great with accurate diagnosis and reasonable repair bills, deteriorated over time
In terms of work quality and price charged
I got several expensive work done over the last 2 years at this shop , however it came down to a point where some of the standard part replacement quoted to me was more than 20% expensive than the dealership price down the road .
If you asked me , why did you still get the repair done , I absolutely didn’t, I took the car down to the dealership and saved my $$$
The point of the review is it’s on you as a customer to do the due diligence. If you expect to get the best price and repair done here every time here , it may not always be true

I went to Advance Auto Tune for the first time today to get brakes done on my Fiancées car. When I went in Jeremy helped me immediately and gave me a great estimate for the job. After I had dropped off the car, Jeremy actually called me to let me know we didn't need a full brake change and ended up saving us about half of the expected costs. I was surprised and impressed with their honesty! I highly suggest working with these guys. Jeremy was friendly, timely and overall very trustworthy. 10/10!

My car was running abnormal so I stopped in after reading other reviews. Advance auto tune was able to find the problem quickly to get me back on the road. They also noticed some overdue maintenance that was need and showed me the problem areas. I really appreciated how they showed me on my car what I was needing. No hard sale just informed me of the problems. I decided to have the work done and my car feels like new again. Amazing service. Reasonable pricing. Did I mention the lobby and customer area are clean!!!

Jeremy helped me on pre-purchase inspection, and I feel so lucky that I did it with Jeremy. He led me walk thru the car’s bottom and point out issues. It’s super helpful. I will say, don’t trust CarFax, trust Jeremy. Thumb up!
