This is not an American way of treating customers. I went to the store around 10:45 am, the coffee was cold, I asked for hot coffee and the employee poured the cold coffee in the cup and asked me to dip my hand in it. So disgraceful of the employee. Franchises need to hire Americans who value our system. I'm a delivery driver and I was feeling sleepy and needed the coffee so badly, The coffee thermos has no timer working when asked about it, he said no battery in it. 7-Eleven has gone downhill, old system of kettle was better now employees don't care about thermos.

My go to late night early morning cheat meal after a night of pool league. Best thing here is some cheap nachos loaded with layers and layers of cheese, chili and jalapeños. They usually run out of jalapeños so you have to get lucky to get some. Hot dog is also great price too.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I go here on a daily basis and still have people watch me as I go down aisle yet will still take minutes to even get to the register when I’m actually making a purchase. This place makes it stressful to even go to 7-11…..

I think my fellow ice eaters need a website for this...but they want a dollar for ice whether you bring your own cup or not. Go to the shell on the opposite side of Fred Meyer with your own cup. They have the good ice and don't charge you if you bring your own cup.

It's the best place to stop if ur skipping school like nelsen or cascade or renton park, make sure u got 20 or 30 ish dollars to pay for everyone, W on the snacks tho

My brother was overcharged $12 today by the woman working register (for two large slurpees). She didn’t seem to recognize him despite returning only 10 minutes later for his money back. She refused to give me the manager or any higher ups number so I could contact them about this “mistake.” She overcharged the price of a pack of cigarettes (her coworker pointed out) and it seems like the cashiers are pocketing money or store product and hoping customers don’t notice. Don’t shop here.

I don't care what you say, 711, region wide has become our local modern day mercantile store. With one stop shopping, having most necessities, and with their rise amongst pizza makers, i totally appreciate and respect my local 711.

Had a nice experience here. Very patient employees, putting up with rude customers. Only thing I experienced was not being able to use the restroom because one of the customers locked the keys in the restroom. Staff should keep spare keys laying around for when this happens. Side note I think they closed restrooms on purpose, been in there three times now and still the same excuse.

I have been a long time 7-11 customer but recently many of the stores in the area are either new or have new owners and the shopping experience has dropped considerably. The owner of this store is very rude. But the manager and the white lady who works on Sunday sometimes are very nice people. If I was to base this off of the owner I'd rate it 1 star. If off the manager and woman on Sunday I'd rate it 5 stars. This store has been run better than the other ones in the area. They haven't had as many product shortages. All of the 7-11 stores with English as 2nd language would be smart to speak English in front of the customers they don't seem to understand that speaking a foreign language in front of customers is bad form.
