If you want something fresh, don’t look over here came in to get a cheeseburger bite and noticed all of them were dry so I asked the cashier if he was able to make a fresh cheeseburger bite for me and he told me they were all fresh but like I said, they all look dry. So instead, I went to go grab three taquitos and I went and grab me a rockstar and I went to go purchase what I got and realize he rang me up for a rockstar that was 3.59 but clearly in the refrigerator it says 3.09, but he wanted to argue and saying it was tax but it wasn’t. This was the second time this has happen when buying an energy drink either they rang me up for more then what is says! MAKE SURE THE PRICE MATCHES UP ONCE THE CASHIER RINGS IT UP!

Terrible employee!! Tried to charge me twice for one item. I only bought two items! Looks like it happened to another girl--and even worse--they locked her INSIDE the store with the nasty guy!!! She had to rely on her BF to get out!!!

The service was great and fast today. It was a nice day after the snow last night, so my kiddo and I went to grab ourselves some Slurpee/Icee beverage. It was an in and out quick pick me up treat.

My goodness. If I could rate them NEGATIVE 10 I WOULD! Where to start?Let me say this, this is the only store open past 10 pm near my house so my visits have been STRICTLY from necessity, or I would never step foot in there. I go far out of my way to avoid this dump, but sometimes it's unavoidable... Like late night gas.The last time I was in was probably my last though being that I stopped in around 11 pm to use the ATM for cash that I needed the following morning for my dog sitter. The dude was standing in front if the door WHICH HE HAD LOCKED while I was getting cash. Not a word just stood there looking at me in the creepiest way until I waved at my bf who had just pumped gas and who I don't think the dude realized I was with.. he then, with out a word, like 30 seconds later unlocked the door and released me. I have no idea why the heck he did this but he scared the crop out of me. I had to physically hold back and beg my bf to not go in there when I told him what had happened. The guy seems like a loose cannon with gun behind the counter and I wouldn't risk it.Time before a different guy straight up Robbed me to my face! Only for $7.64 but still. He ran my card twice, I told him this and showed him my phone that was notifying me and he just acted like he didn't understand my English and told me to move away from the register line. I was already having a rough day and with hardly no money in my account and then9oòkmmm I was over dafted a $29 dollar fee on top of the 8 bucks stolen from me..One more!This time I filled up my refillable yeti with some ice which I ate piece by piece on my way home until I picked up a huge piece of snotty moldy black slime! I'm not kidding or exaggerating.I would not send anyone I give a damn about to this store! At the very very very least, ladies stay away after dark if you happen to be by your self!

Came here on a Friday afternoon to grab some snacks and the employees were friendly and helpful! I left with a smile which is not always the norm for gas station encounters. Definitely one of the better 7/11s I've been to.

I recently gave a friend a ride to the store to by cigarette's and milk. My friend was almost broke and came in with a bunch of quarters and dimes. The clerk gave her such a bad time scolding her for bringing change and doing it in condescend way that she broke down in tears. This is no way to treat people. I will be writing 7-11 corporate know how badly some of their staff is treating people.

Just was there at the store and the person at the cashier didn't want to give net service just because I simply asked to feel a backwood and on top of that I wouldn't use debit there!! They are scammers!!

New staff is really nice, haven’t had any complains yet. Could work on organization a little bit. But other than that, staff is helpful and nice.

I have been going to this 711 for upwards of 15 years. Since I was literally a child. The last year it's gone extremely down hill. New workers are rude and lazy, store is always messy and no one stocks the product. I see them get deliveries but they are still always out of stuff. They havnt been accepting EBT for over 3 month and wont explain why when I ask. WOULD NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER. Just go to the one up the hill by fred myers.
