Jay'son was very friendly and cordial, something you don't expect from your typical convenience store. I just needed to wash my hands after horseback riding and he directed me to the sink I didn't know they had! Thank you.

The truth is that it is the first time that they don't let me heat my food and they don't even charge me what other branches do and the attitude of the cashier is rubbish if he doesn't want to work and doesn't show up and gives bad treatment.

For anybody looking to go to this 7-Eleven I would not recommend it. The owner and her boyfriend who is always with her is extremely corrupt and aggressive. The owner's boyfriend that is there is always under the influence of something, and is extremely physical. He actually got upset with me for something completely unrelated to me that I had nothing to do with and ended up punching me in the face and splitting one of my teeth in half. I would not recommend this store to anybody.Along with that, the owner and her boyfriend do not create a positive or friendly environment. And they need to do a better job of correctly pricing things. Old price tags are being left up on things resulting in larger totals at the register than to be expected. It's just a bad store in general

When you go in to try and use a microwave but get told no because you didn't buy the item from inside the store doesn't sit well with me especially when your homeless and don't have much options to be able to make my food so you can EAT, I'd be more willing to buy stuff from inside the store but half the time the price on items are wrong but they we you show the store associate they say its a mistake and can't honor that price.

If youre looking for friendly customer service here is not the place to get it. At least the night shift girl. Jacksons across the street is a better option, unless youre looking for hot food and they close at 10pm. I went into 7/11 and as i opened and came through the door it almost fell on me, and dangled there at an angle. girl behind the counter didnt say a word as i asked/said 2-3 times idk whats wrong with your door/whats wrong with your door? she says "its broken"...gee ya think? slap a sign up on it so it doesnt happen and again and mayyyybeee apologize to your customer. my card was declining and as we were in the midst of the transaction her doordash bell was ringing through the store so loudly and she had no intention of stopping it so i could get the issue on my card resolved. There was another time a drunk girl was slumped just outside the front door with dudes hanging over her, i brought it to the cashiers attention and she said" i told her to stop drinking a couple hours ago"...disgusting, you should be looking after your customers and taking pride in it. i called 911. from now on ill be going out of my way and go to AMPM down the road. Store is dirty all the time too.

I was a bit disappointed with my recent experience at this 7/11 in Renton. While the store had a decent selection of products, the overall cleanliness and organization left something to be desired.The floors looked like they hadn't been swept in days and there were a few spills that had not been cleaned up. It was also hard to find some of the items I was looking for as they were not properly stocked or labeled. The staff seemed indifferent and didn't seem to be too concerned with providing good customer service.Overall, while the convenience store may have had some of the products I needed, the lack of cleanliness and disorganization made it a less than pleasant experience. I hope they can improve in the future to make it a more welcoming environment for customers.

It’s been weeks since I try to get a coffee every morning and find the machine with “out of service” signs on, and I’ve asked “different employees” about it they say they haven’t received supplies. It’s also so dirty and smells inside the store. I put this review because I’m not going back no more.

The employee is allowing people to smoke right next to the door where the front entrance of the store,not at 25 feet very rude and smelly for the cigarettes will not ever come at 7 eleven stores no more
