Save yourself time and go to the one up the street instead, grabbed a bag of Chex mix and realized they were over a year expired (nov. 24, 2024). When I brought it back the cashier was saying it was still good because the chips inside were crunchy. I demanded a refund and he wouldn’t give it to me until I mentioned legal action. Store sells expired food and they are totally okay with it so that they save a few dollars. Scam artists and don’t care about their costumers well being or health. This place needs to be shut down and the owners should be arrested.

The Clerk went gross on me with the alk, Im talking to the police about it on behalf of the city, By all means Disgress but dont fail to Adress their. Conduct. I apologize for all who read this 7-11 customers and clerks deserve so much better and this joints been around since I was a teenager. And as an adult I couldn't tell the difference between a bad day at work or a call for national Vigilance

Wow. What a terrible experience.....I'll never stop there again. Staff decided that counting a draw fall of penny was more important than serving customers. Don't shop here!!!

I wish there was a way to give a negative star, because I would give -☆☆☆☆☆! I've worked in customer service for over 25 years, and this store seriously needs to rethink their hiring process, as well as, their current employees. After reviewing quite a bit of the reviews, and seeing a serious problem with staff being disrespectful and rudely treating customers, I felt I needed to add mine. I stopped by and saw a sign on the door $2 off Marlborb when you buy 2. Had to DL app and go from there. I had the app, showed the clerk, and I said I get $2 off
Do you need to scan it, and he replied "I don't know how that works, and pointed at the card machine and that's the price." I asked him if he has a way of finding out, and he said no and looked away from me like I was bothering him. This isn't the first time I've had poor customer service from this store, and iam sure that by leaving this post wont change things either since some are over a couple of years ago, and nothing has changed. All of the staff must be related or co-owner's. Thank Goodness for AMPM.

Hands down this is the best 7-11 in Renton for a late-night run. There is a guy usually working there late, think his name is Arsh or something link that. He is an expert on all things tasty and delicious. He helped find what we were looking for - our late cravings - and for sure we will be back for more. 5 stars all the way…

The worker is lying every night saying the system is down said the same thing three days ago and let me in and tonight he lied again but didn't let me in to buy a pack of smokes always waiting for people to pull up and act like he is cleaning 711 is wasting money on his shift! close the store at night if no one isn't allowed in! Stop paying this guy to lie

This place is straight up shady. Bought 2 bottles of soda that had the seals already broken, then brought 2 more up to the clerk to open them in front of him. The seals were already broken on them, too. The clerk literally tried to tell me that because he could hear the carbonation hiss, that meant the seal wasn't broken, even though we both clearly heard the lack of the plastic seal breaking that everyone knows when they open a bottle of soda.

Don't waste your time guys too busy talking on the phone hold your money hostage for like 5 or 10 minutes then you'll give it back real slow honestly the worst 7-Eleven I've been in a while oh wait I don't go in 7-Elevens because of this
