It took 1.5 hours to complete an oil change with an appointment, which is frankly unacceptable given the $140 price tag. They also quoted $300+ for an air filter change. Not a customer oriented business and a poor value for money.

High ratings on-line for repairs on TDI Jetta wagons like mine. Prices were under dealer repairs and are guaranteed for 3 yrs/36K miles. Written estimate was comprehensive and complete. Repair was done when scheduled and was ready when promised. Text communications were great in reminding me of appointments and letting me know the repair was complete. Based on a positive experience I'll likely use Zahntech again!

The splash guard on my old car detached. Based on past experiences with other repair shops, I was expecting another rip off. It wasn't the case this time.
The manager or owner who was on-site at the time was very welcoming and addressed the problem in less than half an hour. They also looked at some other issues with the car and provided valuable feedback to get them fixed at another location. Most importantly, the repair was done at no cost to me.

We had a great experience with Zahntech Auto recently for regular car maintenance and inspection services.
We can get an appointment within a reasonable period of time (in less than 1 week), and everything worked out smoothly on the appointment day.
The technicians are knowledgeable and courteous, they always keep you in the loop.
The inspection results are detailed and meaningful, you never have any pressure to do anything recommended, even though we fully trust Zahntech and had all of those done.
In particular, it turns out the driver safety belt bucket can be replaced by Honda under lifetime warranty, the technician graciously told me about this, so we ended up saving a couple hundred bucks.
