My plans are doubled without any intimation, reason - promotional offer end. Plans offered now are expensive and way slower than before, that is the reward for being their customer for ~3 years, glad I happened to see the bill this time and have never checked it past.

Go on vacation for 2 months, put my account on seasonal hold, come back and now my monthly bill is $111. Comcast has played these games for 3 decades. CON JOB! GLAD I'm canceling soon!!!

Really awful customer service. Rep was very rude and argumentative with me and my son. Store manager was sitting 3 feet away and witnessed the whole thing and did nothing, just watched. Rep wouldn't listen to me when I was trying to explain what I needed, he kept interrupting me and telling me I was wrong. I explained that I had been to another xfinity store location a few days ago and they said I could go to any store after 2-3 days to finish setting up my son's phone. When I explained to the rep what they told me he just kept saying no we can't do that, they're wrong, I didn't tell you that so it's not my problem. Then he literally said to me "why don't you go back to the other store then, it's not that far". I was shocked that he would even say something like that to a customer and the manager just sat there watching the whole thing and didn't say a word or make any attempt to assist me. I had to wait over 20 minutes for a rep even though I had an appointment and then was treated so disrespectfully. I ended up just walking out with no resolution to my problem.

Not too crowded. They always have someone who can address your concerns quickly. For detailed questions they have waiting spaces.

One of the worst customer service.. very bad customer experience from the Xfinity assistant .. too long , complex process to reach an agent.. no track of previous incidents.. agents said they can't even send an email or test with the ticket number.. overall didn't expect this kind of customer service
