We purchased two Wallbeds from this store. We are very happy with the quality and construction of the beds. The first one in 2012. Then the second one 2023 for a different room. Customer service and communication was excellent!!!

It is a very nice local place to order custom-made cabinets; however, they are a little bit pricey and have a long waiting list for their projects. I was told I had to wait for at least 4-5 month for my reach-out closets.

I cannot believe it took me so long to write this review. We bought our amazing Wallbed in 2013. It is beyond fabulous. Has a built in fold out table that seats 6, reading lights, lots of storage, and amazing quality and construction. I recently contacted the store to see if they knew or had any of the paint they used. Really didn't believe we would hear back 8 years later, but sure enough, they looked looked up our order and got right back to me with the answer! This wall bed has been in constant use in our little studio apartment. Best investment we ever made! Thank you Jack for your service!!

We had a problem with a wall bed. Jack took the time to explain what we needed to do over the phone. He was incredibly helpful and very professional. If you need a wall bed we highly recommend Jack at Wallbeds Northwest.

Keith definitely seem to know his stuff when talking about the different options we had and explained the process pretty well. This company makes all of their cabinetry in house and I was able to view the warehouse out of a few windows in their upstairs showroom. Since this was the 1st place I visited for options on Wallbeds I dont have anything to compare to. I think I went in expected pricing to be lower than what was provided, but again I have nothing to compare to at this time. I was told if i ordered now I wouldn't receive delivery until December (I went in 09/05). Not a big deal if you have the time to wait, but definitely not ideal if you have time restrictions. All and all, I felt comfortable with Keith and the options provided but I'll still need to find some comparisons before moving forward.

I work as a residential contractor in the Eastside Seattle Washington I’ve never been so appalled at the lack of customer service & actual follow through. !!! Very poor communication. I would recommend another company. Once they receive their money they acted as if they were doing me a favor. They Installed this unit wrong and were reluctant to come and put it incorrectly. Wallbeds Northwest in Redmond did excellent work. I had a walked and desk installed. Jacob and Paul were courteous and neat when installing the desk. I am very pleased with their work. Keith kept on date when he said the dates that they would be installed. I would recommend this company to you.

Recently purchased a custom made Murphy bed. Very happy with the great customer service from the owner (Jack), salesperson (Keith), and installer (Alexander) - all are very professional and helpful. Was a real pleasure working with them. Highly recommended!

I live in a small condo in dire need of storage and space. I wanted a murphy bed for my 2nd bedroom with built in storage, my ceilings are only 7' high. The two others I reached out to for bids could not do vertical bed only a side mounted one. These guys custom built it for a vertical bed and it looks awesome, plus all the storage it came with helps in the small space. I also had a custom closet built, dresser, and two armoire style hanging closets. They built the armoires so I can use either shelving solution or hanging solution. They knew my daughter was coming for Christmas and went the extra mile to get it installed before she came. Professional, excellent experience from the Sales, planning, and install , far exceeded my expectations. I have already referred two friends to them. It is built to order, local and does take a little time, if you want cookie cutter home depot style panel board installed tomorrow.. don't bother.
