The ladies working here were SO sweet! The one who did my nails was extremely gentle and thorough, and checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I liked my nails. She was very pleasant and easy to sit in silence with while she worked, and also an absolute pleasure to talk to when we did converse. She asked permission to get creative and try different patterns with the flower nail art she was doing for me and I loved what she came up with! I will definitely be going back!

I've been to my fair share of nail salons in the Bellevue/Redmond area and Vivi's is an easy favorite. The owner is on-site working alongside employees so appointments proceed smoothly and the service is efficient and very polite. My mom opted for the luxury pedicure and I got the deluxe pedicure- both included foot massages which were amazing. And unlike many other nail salons I've been to, this place was really quiet and relaxing.

I've been to a million nail salons and I've never left a review, but Vivi's nails was such a good experience I needed to! Nguyen and her daughter were so sweet and amazing. The service was fantastic and my nails look great. My new go to spot!

Just got a pedicure here. The staff is very welcoming, very friendly.. nice choice of nail colors. Was told a foot massage was included in pedicure on phone.. that wasn't done. Half done job under feet - incomplete callus removal.

They are so kind and efficient. The salon is clean, organized and beautifully decorated. The owner did my full set. she did an excellent job, and made sure i liked them the whole time. I recommend this salon! fair prices and great service.

They cut off a nail- A NAIL! Its gone- I’m interviewing attorneys to help with the situation- the owner acted like she was going to help but her daughter stepped in and created a BIG situation with no resolution….

We called ahead for 3 pedicures. Win was so kind and accepted us even though she was near closing time. She needed to finish up so we waited but they checked on us, gave us water, and set up the foot soak. Pedicure was awesome, they didn't rush even though it was past closing at that point. A friendly, relaxed place.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had an AMAZING experience. The owner, her daughter, and her staff were so friendly and accommodating with amazing customer service.
