This is not a regular store anymore. It's a warehouse with two older owners who fired their loyal employees without warning after a decade of employment or more. They are rude, condescending and very unhelpful. It's a shame big pharma has pushed small time out, but these people that own and operate Vitamin Life in Woodinville Wa are not good ppl. EDIT, I WAS TOLD THIS BY TWO X EMPLOYEES..NOT A FAKE REVIEW......

Exceptional experience calling in my order for pick up, it was ready by the time I arrived 15 min later. You can also order online for delivery but it’s worth going out of your way to their new location for the clearance section full of heavily discounted supplements and health products. One of the friendly staff said they moved bc of being robbed so many times, I didn’t realize that was an issue in Redmond.

If you are needing something quicker than Amazon and many times cheaper than Amazon, you should come here.However, if you call to try to order, you cannot have them place the order for pickup until 24 hours after.It should not be hard to have the person on the phone place the order and have it ready in 2 hours or less. That'd make it much easier for people like me.

Most horrible experience on Amazon.com EVER!! Keeps reporting as delivered and I have not received my package! If they do this so they don't have to refund....I will pursue until Jeff Bezos gives me my money back. Jerks! Will never ever purchase from this seller ever again!!

I used this company for ordering vitamins and, I stated, I would never use them again. I was disrespected by customer service twice. Allie stated, I was harassing them, but, I was trying to return supplements that weren't working for me, but I'm harassing company, I received another order in which they wanted to charge me a 15% restocking fee. I kept them and they just lost a great customer. I refuse to spend my money with a company that is selling a product for Life season corporation to be disrespected

I ordered 5 items using a "free shipping" coupon. Only 2 arrived (3 were back-ordered). A month later I got a refund but I really wanted my last 3 items. I found some comparable products and asked if I could get free shipping since they never shipped all the ones I ordered. Customer Service Rep "Erica" refused. Terrible customer service. Shoddy company.

This is about the VitaminLife online mail order service. It used to be great. Now, not so much. As recently as 2019, you placed an order with VitaminLife and it was shipped in 24 hours or less. Back ordered items were sent later. But in late 2020, the order I placed was held until the back ordered items were available. IT TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET MY ORDER, arriving a few days before Christmas. Of course my credit card was charged instantly. The only notice of this new policy was an email after a few weeks asking if I wanted to cancel back ordered items that hadn't arrived yet. I've ordered twice since and it's the same result. Keep thinking it was a COVID related change, fewer employees, etc., and they would snap back. Almost two years later, same problem. There is still no apparent notice that this is now their policy, so kept hoping I would get what I paid for soonest. There is another vitamin website in California with comparable prices. Will definitely try them next time.

I’ve always had a great experience in finding my supplement here. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recently was looking for a particular item that was not in stock, but they had it transferred from their warehouse within a day! Prices are great and you know you are getting a quality product, unlike shopping with retailers/suppliers on Amazon, who largely go unregulated for quality and authenticity. I’ve definitely had some questionable items arrive from Amazon and I am not willing to make that mistake again!
