Upgraded my phone on March 13 from an iPhone XR (10) to an iPhone 15. Was having trouble with it charging with the charging cord. Went into the store on the 21st of March. The girl that was there spoke to her manager on the phone and he said to replace the phone. She put me in touch with Verizon customer and the gentleman on the phone said they were sending me a new phone. I told him they were replacing it at the store. He said ok and he would send me a box to return the defective phone. After getting off the phone the girl said “oh they will be sending you a new phone overnight”. When I got the phone on Friday the 22nd it wasn’t a new phone it was a refurbished phone. I spoke to Verizon customer service and told them I wanted a new phone like I purchased that wasn’t defective. He to.d me to go back to the store so I did. There was a man behind the counter. When I walked in and went to the counter he just looked at me and said what do you need. I told him the situation and had the refurbished phone. He said I can’t do anything and held the box with the phone I took it from him and asked who was going to get me a new phone. He said I don’t know but you can leave my store. Absolutely no customer service. Will never go in that store again.

Since I stepped into this store. The service has been phenomenal. Upon meeting Jay he went above and beyond to help me switch data on my new device without even charging me for it!! I am happy with my new device. I certainly plan on returning and continuing my service!. Great asset to the team.

SCAM ALERT: this is not a real Verizon store but a franchise store. People at this store would charge you for services that Verizon store wouldn’t. Store representatives are unethical and won’t even tell you charges upfront but would ask you to pay hefty prices after servicing your phone. Please stay away from this store if you don’t want to get scammed.

Will charge you $50 to transfer your information to new phone . Idk if this is standard now at all Verizon's or just this location. Lamarr said he had done it lots of times though so maybe. Weird. I'm going to my usual location where they won't charge me .

It is 3:49 on June 27th. I just waited in the store for 25 mins with the intention to buy a new phone. The employee never asked if I needed help and spent 25 mins flirting with a lady at the counter and talking about racial politics. What a joke. Would not recommend

Adam at the Novelty Hill location has saved me twice! His knowledge of products helped me find the perfect tablet for work. He helped me get everything all set up to mirror my phone which had all my work related information. Saved me again when a company update wiped my phone clean. ?Adam, again provided great customer service. Knowledgeable in data recovery, helped me recover my information and contacts! Best customer service hands down! Very thankful!

Adam and Galliano helped me get through my situation, and made the situation so positive! They were incredibly informative, friendly, and honest. We got a great deal on all of our new devices. Adam at the Novelty hill Verizon store was excellent in his ability to communicate effectively with my transaction of buying and upgrading to a new phone. He was considerate and detailed in every step of this process.
