i'm visiting washington with my long distance boyfriend and while just stopping at this outlet mall he took me to this BEAUTIFUL PLACE!! i was so blown away by all the handmade pieces and artwork they had to purchase at reasonable price with the highest quality! eliza was so kind as to talk to us and explain each stone we asked about and even find pieces around the store they found fitting !! they was were so kind and the experience was ten times more valuable then i ever expected walking into a store. i found the most beautiful piece and she even offered to put it on hold and wrap it so nicely for my birthday. i'm so so happy with my purchase i'm so sad to not be in this area to have this store with me forever,, if you're in the area please do not miss out. thank you janis for opening such a beautiful store i wish i could've met you personally and thank you eliza for making the experience of the store so meaningful and helping me find an amazing birthday gift ! I entered the empty store and the sales person was busy with some work. She did not even say a word or worse still acknowledge when I tried to call out to her. How weird! Pls train your staff. This is very rude.

What a beautiful store!! The inventory is always fresh and unique and the sales staff is very warm, friendly and helpful! Eliza and Dianne are always quick with a smile and friendly conversation. Utopia is a go to for special gifts!

Love this store! I’ve been many times over the years and always find the perfect gift, with assistance from the friendly helpful staff. The other night was no different - Eliza was very helpful and also quite knowledgeable about the properties of the various stones.

Extremely disappointing customer service tonight. The gal didn’t acknowledge me at all. As long as I see her in the store, I absolutely won’t return. Please train your sales associates to actually speak and acknowledge customers. Better yet, hire better sales associates. What a terrible experience.

So disappointed in customer service.Sales person was new.Opened store 5 minutes late and was busy prepping store 20 minutes before I could ask about looking at a few gems.No greeting just sheepishly unlockingfront doors.Did not know how to use register.No knowledge of any gem or jewelry in store.Never again. This is an embarrassmentto all the wonderful customer serviceI received visiting Seattle.

Shame, shame, shame.…..poor customer service and her telling me she was new is no excuse. I was not greeted. After looking around I had to approach the register to ask questions. You are not serving the artists you represent.

Double dipping. I purchased some jewelry. As per store policy, I went in next day to exchange a necklace and earrings. I was told I would receive a gift card with -0- balance. They filled out an index card with amount of return less tax i paid. I was told bring in gift card and they would look on index card to check how much credit I had. I decided to use -0- balance gift card to purchase a pendent. I was told I would have to pay tax again. Never again. Beware!!!!!

Such a beautiful store, and I LOVE that there's so many products from local/indigenous artists. I gave in to an impulse purchase and would definitely go back for gifts. Only knocking off one star because the older lady in there kept buzzing around me and wasn't the best at picking up my social cues that I wanted to browse in peace. There's so many beautiful things to look at and read about; but she kept interrupting me (no harm done), so I decided to just checkout and leave because I didn't feel comfortable/relaxed enough to continue shopping lol. Definitely a treasure trove worth visiting though!

It's hard to claim a store is the best in a city, especially in such a big and beautiful city like Redmond is, but Utopia is easily the best store in miles for your jewelry wants or needs, made even better by the fact they are a small business. The staff are super kind and friendly, willing to help anyone with anything and only letting you leave with the best possible products you came for. The store itself is lovely, all the jewelry is nicely displayed and eye catching, with a great calm feeling in the air. But the best part is the pricing, all the prices are perfect with great options in every price range, and the staff even is kind enough to try and help you lower the price if necessary.
