Picked up mail which was in HOLD state for quite sometime and shipped a package. Gentlemen was quick and nice. Seems their tech is upgraded and accept all payment types compared to my last year visit.

I just want to say I met your postal man Raymond today. What a joyful ray of sunshine. Talk about killing all the bad post office reputation. Kind professional and never late!

I had to wait for more than a month to get the appointment for the passport. 2 hours before my appointment they called me and said we had to cancel your appointment and you should book new appointment online again. And the appointment again is more than a month of waiting.

Very disappointed this time.. I always had kids passport at here but this time they called me on the appointment day and told me person is on vacation… so if he is on vacation, I am sure he got day off in advanced but they called me on same day of my appointment and told me she is just worker and her manager told her to call to cancel my appointment… this is very unprofessional and I made my appointment a month ago and need to find another appointment.. I read other people’s review and it looks like they have been cancelling appointments for 2 weeks… they should not accept any appointments if they don’t have people to do it..

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT and MANAGING! OMG, THE worst service ever. The service master or the manager ought to be fired or whoever makes decision on services. Horrible long line, totally unnecessary. There is one person at the counter and 12 people waiting...either hire more people or just close the damn place. It is a waste of people's time. You keep increase the prices USPS (that is ok) but improve service for crying out loud. Learn from others USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, find out why things are a bit more smoother with them...if you know you are understaffed then provide more options electronically...much of the info online are not clear e.g. type of packages, envelopes etc.. exact costs etc. BTW, remove the packages that are piled up to the roof! there is not space on counters anymore. Above is just for mails...Passports? that is another beast and requires more space for complaints.

Similar response as many have highlighed. Had passport appointment scheduled for my son more than 1 month in advance. On the day of the appointment about an hour before the appointment time got a call that all appointments for the day has been cancelled because of staff shortage. Now I will need to book new appointment which is more than a month out. Wonder why they cannot disenroll from providing the passport service which will help with not having to go thru this inconvinence. Stay away from scheduling passport appointment at this facility even if you have to wait for some additional days at other facilities like Issquah ones.

Had a horrible experience here. Drove 60miles round trip just to be denied. The post office website says fingerprinting available from 9am-12pm and 1pm-3pm. I arrived at 1:10pm asking for this service and was told no the passport office is closed. When I mentioned the website hours of service for fingerprinting he did not care and repeated the office is closed in a rude manner. When I asked for a better time to coming in he just got irritated and said not now. I was shocked how unprofessional and rude Robert was. Customer’s that coming to pay for a service should not be treated this way. Avoid this post office.

Each time there was just one person working at the counter and the line spilled out the door. Package redelivery online saying service not available. This location is not operated well compared to all the other locations I had been to.

I got my fingerprint taken on 01/23/2024 at 11:50am at Redmond USPS. I had very very very bad experience at Redmond USPS. I kept getting yelled at the moment I appeared at the passport office door. There is no sign says customers should wait outside of the door. I was two steps inside the office door, and I got yelled really aggressively: "You wait outside!". After the people in front of me finished their appointment, the officer asked me to go towards him not by saying anything, by beckoning hand sign. I walked two steps towards the officer and someone appeared at the door. Immediately the officer yelled at me "You have to wait!". Then he started to talk with the customer who just arrived and ignored my question of "How long am I going to wait?". Then the officer commanded me to sit in the chair in front of him by just saying "Sit", and then asked for my ID by saying "driver license". I got really really offended at this point and I slapped my driver license on to the desk in front of the officer. Then officer started to accuse me throwing my license at him, and scolded me that I should "Just be a customer and respect me". This does not make sense to me at all because I was treated rudely like a dog instead of human being the moment I showed up and I am paying $50 to be yelled at continuously, but the officer is demanding me to respect him in return? In addition to all those, I couldn't help to feel I was discriminated by this officer. He was able to maintain politeness to the customers in front of me who are white couple. For some reason I did not deserve normal tone of communication from the start. How could USPS allow its employee to treat customers so differently and rudely?

First I have to say, it is VERY poor practice to solicit good feedback for "points" (as the supervisor said), when you are delivering BAD service. The past 2+ weeks have been chaotic trying to get things taken care of with my PO Box. I've been told one thing, then another, and then another, only for things to change when I come in.These experiences coupled with today's visit allow me to see how they earned a 2.2 rating.1) Having to wait over an hour in line (because there was only one worker with occasional help from the supervisor).2) Having to make multiple trips to the Post Office (because I was told only Rowan can help with PO Boxes. (turns out supervisor said this wasn't true)3) Being charged $25 late fee when I tried numerous times to handle this prior to my PO BOx expiring.I have received good customer service at this location before, however there has been more bad than good. I don't enjoy paying for poor service. Please staff your facility with enough TRAINED people, so that customers don't have miserable experiences when they come.

I made an order through a third-party company. There was some issue with UPS for some reason, and it was transferred to USPS in Redmond. Which is only a five minute drive maybe 10 minutes from my house. The last update was on the third of this month and it is now the 11th. I’ve tried to call nobody is able to give me any answers. And it’s not just one package it’s two. I’ve ordered through this other company before and had no problem getting my package in a timely Manner But as soon as USPS got a hold of my packages now, it is nowhere to be seen. Seriously, disappointing

Do NOT even think to schedule an appointment for Passport here!I've scheduled an appointment almost month in advance, came on the date of Confirmed appointment. The office is CLOSED.1.They even didn't call me.2.There is no appointments available for the next 4 weeks (obviously).3. After reading the reviews (TOO Late), found that's happening regularly. Some people mentioned, they had the same problem with the rescheduled appointments also!

The people who work here are nice but this location is severely understaffed. The smart lockers are not set up for pickup even though they are an option on their site. I’ve always seen lines overflowing from the door unless arriving right when they open. It’s sad that employees are subjected to dealing with such demand.
