Been into Trek Redmond about 8 times over the last year for bike maintenance and warranty issues. It’s not the closest bike shop to my house, but the employees who work there always make it worth the extra time driving. Throughout the issues I’ve encountered, Alex has always stepped up and made sure I was taken care of. Not only did Trek Redmond fix/warranty the problems with my bike, but they went above and beyond with the level of detail and customer experience throughout the process. Highly recommend the Trek Redmond team!

My husband and I went in on a Saturday and they were SUPER busy. The staff were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and took the time with each customer to make sure they answered all of their questions. I had a fantastic test ride and bought a bike. Alex took the time to go over everything I needed to know about the bike and I appreciate the complimentary service / maintenance checkup that comes with the bike as well. All around great experience.

they have a great product selection. Product knowledge is also good. I never felt pressured at any time to buy anything. After sales service is fantastic.

Looking for a hard to find part in the Methow Valley! Actually impossible to find here! lol this lighting mount is critical this time of year, since we are in the triple digits right now I do a lot of night riding. Luckily I found the part with you guys and Alex the very helpful technician sent it to me immediately and the package was at my shop door in two business days. Awesome!!! Thanks you guys!!
