Made an appt for 10am through the website. Showed up on time and no one was there. Tried calling, no response. Tried texting, no response. Came back at 11am, shop was still closed. Called again, no response.
Gave my dog a sedative prior to this appt because she gets anxious. Turns out I did that for no reason. Not a fun way to spend a Friday morning during the work week.
Be careful when booking an appointment time.

Traci's is fantastic - love and care for the pets is clearly seen in the service.
They don't just do the minimum you asked for - they go above and beyond and care for the pets' needs. They bring their dog caring expertise to the table.
Felicia the owner and Jessica, the groomer for our pet are both superb.

We LOVE Traci’s and we will never go anywhere else for our dog! I recommend Traci’s to everyone I meet in the Redmond area! We love how patient and loving they are with our beautiful boy! We always get detailed updates when we pick him up and he’s always in a jolly mood after his pamper session! Thank you so much again!

Took our Golden to Traci’s since our regular groomer wasn’t able to groom our Golden. I was very happy with the service and results when
I picked him up. He was very clean, smelled really nice, nails were clipped, and his coat was so smooth after they brushed and removed a lot of his undercoat. Eva the groomer thoroughly explained what will be done prior to the service and how long it would take. It did take about 3 hours, she said may be up to 4. Our Goldie was very happy when I went to pick him up. The owner Felicia was also there and she was very nice, friendly, and very knowledgable about dogs. I highly recommend Traci’s if you’re looking for a groomer for your pet dog or cat. Just be aware it may take longer, but the quality is absolutely the best.

Been taking my Golden Pyrenees here for over a year and they always do a great job with his 2 coats. He's a big dog (over 100lbs) and they never complain, only compliment. I won't go anywhere else.

When we showed up for our appointment, the door was locked and no one was answering the phone. We waited for about 30 minutes and then walked around for another 30. I called a dozen times and left multiple messages but never heard back. Not sure what’s going on here but seems very unprofessional and to no call/no show like that. I feel very disrespected for wasting my time and energy. Can not recommend this unreliable business to anyone!
