TL;DR: Super grateful they are still around, HIGHLY recommend.
I have been going here ever since I quit smoking in 2015, they sold me my first device and walked me through all the options and what everything meant (it was much more complicated back then). I walked out with a Subtank Mini back when sub-ohm devices were new and cutting edge and used it for a long time before I graduated to RDAs and larger tanks.
Admittedly I occasionally buy devices online due to price differences but I have easily spent hundreds maybe thousands of dollars here on juice and other products.
Now in 2024 they have a very wide selection of pod devices and disposables (and pod coils), as well as all my favorite juice brands both salt and freebase for most flavors. Juice prices are crazy now due to new taxes but they aren't really any better online when you take shipping into account and I like that I can drive 5 minutes to support a local business and immediately get what I need.
Workers have always been knowledgeable and helpful! Back in the day they would actually hand make custom coils for you, and after I established myself as a regular the employees would sometimes give me wire so I could wrap a coil right there in the store.
FYI they do still sell tanks and replacement parts.

Top Vape is the Hallmark of Vapor products! Upon walking in I noticed the shop was cleanly and the music was relaxing but, more importantly the Customer Service I received from Kyle was by far a 5 star! Top Vape has a loyal customer! The device I was recommended fit all of my needs from in the car to work to relaxing at home! Phenomenal rareinspection and in person repair! Genuinely, Thank you!

The store appeared appealing from the outside, but upon entering, it was difficult to view the products as the display counter was obstructed by barriers. As a person new to the area, I was trying to carefully read the numerous signs inside to determine if there was a process for purchasing what I needed. However, when I finally received assistance from an employee, the lady was uninterested, unhelpful, and unwilling to locate a replacement supermesh x2 coil for my device. Instead, she suggested I disassemble my device filled with ejuice to identify the name of the coil myself. Realizing that I would not receive proper assistance, I left and went to another store down the road. The second store was much more accommodating, with a helpful and enthusiastic employee who was able to identify the product I needed just by looking at my device from a distance. The only reason I would give this store 2 stars is due to the aesthetic appearance, which would have been much nicer if not for the obstructions and confusing signage everywhere.
