Good people here. I showed up today at their local B&M shop. They were in the middle of moving locations and were not open for business. I was pretty bummed when they told me but Jack asked me what I was looking for and took me inside anyways. Even though they were all clearly very busy with their move. He sold me the Soulcraft board I was looking for and I was surfing later that afternoon. No doubt I’ll be back and he’s got my future business.

I would suggest you research this place- their boat yard and handling of customers boats is ridiculous and unfortunate seeing how expensive these boats look.

I strongly recommend this business and it's team. After decades living in the greater Seattle/Eastside areas, I've finally found my "go to" professionals to assist with all of my marine/water sports focused interests and assets. NWWSports Boat Services are remarkable. Cost effective, completely reliable "Valet" services to and from my front door, both waterfront and or dry land locations.I tend to be very "picky" and never had a single need or concern go unanswered. Nice. Completely seamless. One call and I'm set. All I'm left with is the pure enjoyment of the water with my family and friends. The way it is supposed to be. Try this business. You won't be disappointed.

Worst vehicle purchase I've ever experienced. For starters, they didn't register the boat within the 90-day requirement for the state which left me with expired tabs on both boat and trailer for a long awaiting family vacation. Next, they would not get back to regarding a signature from the previous owner for the remaining factory warranty which was a major selling point for me. Then, I received a backdated bill from insurance for $900 because they didn't follow protocol. And finally, and this is the kicker, they've mistakenly listed me as SOLE OWNER on the title which I have in my hand despite the bank financing 90k. The ineptness with this dealership is beyond me and leaves me shaking my head with all of these still unresolved issues. Spend your $90k at the actual Mastercraft dealer, this place is the worst. 100% regrets.

I was in the market for a new boat and happy I walked into Northwest Water Sports. Grant and Jake were awesome through the whole process, super knowledgeable and easy to work with, ended up picking up a 2022 24' ATX Type S and couldn't be happier with it. They made sure the boat was perfect and detailed 100% before delivery. Fair prices and a full selection for everything you need to outfit your wakesurf boat for the season with boards, ropes, even wetsuits and bumpers. Definitely my go to spot from now on.

Bought a new nxt22 from the owner rick. He made a lot of promises, and didn't keep any of them. I wish I would have purchased from union marine or Seattle boat.

I purchased my NEW 2020 X 22 Mastercraft from Adam. 2 weeks later my trailer got hit and i couldnt use it. Adam made special arrangements for me to use one of his trailers while my trailer was repaired. If you're going to spend $100k to $200k on boat you better purchase it somewhere with great service list Seatlle Mastercraft of what good it a boat that doesnt work when you need it to?

Thanks to Mike and Adam, I ended up buying a perfect board I was looking for. Didn't expect to see much choices since it was before the season but they were stocked with new boards.

I emailed the wakeshop after not being able to find a certain wake surf board in stock anywhere. Kevin immediately replied to my email with the good news of having it in stock. Not only was it the end of the day when I emailed him but he immediately boxed my order up and shipped it out the next morning. Within one hour, I had a viable tracking number in the system! Definitely the “prime†of stocking and shipping wake equipment! Thank you guys!!

After doing a lot of research on a wakesurf board that my husband and I can share, we landed on the gorgeous SoulCraft. These boards aren't easy to come by, but Kevin Lepic made a purchase in Seattle from Maine super painless and easy! Thank you Kevin for being a rockstar and getting it right out for us! Will be doing business with the Wake Shop as much as we can!

I ran across this shop in the internet, looking for a wake surf. Not only did I enjoy the regular updates/contact; but when i had an issue with the mfg., they responded so quickly (not during business hours) and assured me that the problem would be solved quickly, Indeed, it was solved! I would highly recommend The Wake Shop!
