This place is awesome. Geoff was able to purchase the rest of my silver that my normal go to could not. Even gave a better price. Got to listen to metal at the metal shop. Super cool place. Thanks Geoff. Will be back for unicorn stuff for my daughters. ?

This shop has always been the greatest metal related service in the region. The owners and employees are the kindest and most helpful people I’ve encountered. Their pricing is very transparent and fair, they provide full breakdowns of what they’re charging and why. Unlike the other gold shops in the Seattle region, this shop is the most fair and does not charge the most exorbitant %s you can think of. I enjoy their metal music memorabilia around the store as well.

I called ahead of time to ask if they would accept 1 oz bars from costco. He confirmed they would, so i headed there, to my suprise there was another guy (possibly owner) that just simply refused to buy it, just because it was from costco. He was basically saying, they dont get to inflate the prices because of costco and killing their business model.
I was in awe.. And tried to talk to other guy, who was sat in the corner,(possibly the same guy from phone call) but he wouldnt dare look at me.. It was very weird and terrible experience, it should not be a customers issue if they are having business problems.. What a absolute backward way of running business.. Never going back!!

I'm so glad I found this place. It's a true gem. I had a large amount of gold and silver to sell. After calling around, I chose to come here because they pay competitively and the location is convenient. If I ever need to buy or sell gold in the future, I would definitely come back here. I called them and Brandon sounded straight up. So, I jumped into my car and drove the 30 miles to Redmond.
I was selling my silver; I was in and out in about 15 minutes.... with cash in hand.
I give a 100% rating.

Today was my first visit to The Metal Shop and it will most definitely not be my last. Geoff and company run a fine business. In an industry filled with scammers, they are the genuine article.
I went in today to sell some silver. After my experiences with other area metal dealers, I was fully expecting to haggle over a decent price. Not the case at The Metal Shop. Geoff offered full value on my generic rounds and bars, plus gave me a premium on some of the more desirable items. As a result, I did a little better than I'd hoped. What more can you ask for??
And on top of all that, the music in the store is killer. At best you can hope for elevator music at most dealers and jewelers. The Metal Shop was rocking the whole time I was there. Bonus!
Do yourselves a favor and visit Geoff and crew at The Metal Shop for your precious metal needs. They're not just friendly and inviting, but also take a moment to teach you about achieving financial stability using *real* money. See you guys again soon.

These guys are amazing. Not only are they extremely kind and welcoming, but they take the time to educate their customers on the history and value of precious metals as money and as real wealth. I drive 45 to this place because the service is exceptional. I cannot recommend them enough!
