I had a very positive experience at Tender Touch. All of the employees were friendly and caring. The vet listened carefully to all my concerns, and was very professional. They were very willing to give a breakdown of the costs and to try and make it affordable.

My dog is a senior at 15. He needs TLC, and he received it at Tender Touch Animal Hospital. However, after prescribing medication for him, and talking with an admin, I've not had any check in from the vet.So far, my enquiry has not been responded to a week after the meds have run out.

Dr. Sadhanala is the best vet. Knowledgeable, holistic, and thorough. Explores root cause with you instead of just pushing meds or treatment like a lot of other vets do. Thank you!

The staff is kind. My dog hates going to the vet. She did okay. I like that they give you options for treatment with out pressure to spend lots of money.

Had a very positive experience with our newly adopted cat today. Everyone from the front desk to the vet were very friendly and helpful. I see mention in some of the reviews about not being able to go with the pet to the examination room. That was not the case with us. Even though we came a bit earlier (20 min) they let us go straight into the exam room and we were with our cat all the time. The vet took her time looking at the cat and answering our questions. Overall, we are impressed with this practice. Their pricing is fair and they were able to see us the next day despite us being a new patient.
