I had a very positive experience at Tender Touch. All of the employees were friendly and caring. The vet listened carefully to all my concerns, and was very professional. They were very willing to give a breakdown of the costs and to try and make it affordable.

My dog is a senior at 15. He needs TLC, and he received it at Tender Touch Animal Hospital. However, after prescribing medication for him, and talking with an admin, I've not had any check in from the vet.So far, my enquiry has not been responded to a week after the meds have run out.
