Honestly its a joke that everything is behind glass. Since when did this location start dealing with theft. Came in here 2 times and each time could not get the item I needed due to careless staff and lack of attention. Bogus store. They have permanently lost my buisiness. End of story

The new drive up service is SO convenient. Place order, 2 hours later, drive up to store, they bring my order to my car. Very quick and easy.

Prepare to be berated every ten minutes with a painfully loud message over the intercom for daring to come within an hour of closing. Also, this is a nice area. Why are basic items behind locked doors?

Why is anything behind locked doors? Waited a bit for someone to show up and unlock cabinets. No one showed up so i asked for the manager. Manager shows up, is very rude and quickly rushes away and doesn't even ask what i need. Megan is the manager i interacted with. Megan, i know it sucks to work in retail. But please just send up the feedback to corp that these locked cabinets don't work and they frustrate you and everyone shopping here. I literally only come to target for the stuff that happens to be locked all the time. Detergent, deodorant, face wash and shampoo.

The old lady working customer service/returns/online pick up on 1/10/2024 was very condescending and brutally rude. Not only to me but the people waiting in line. I was hoping i wouldnt have her, but the other worker disappeared. She is rude rude rude. What happened to this place? No cashiers, and a line for self check out all the way to the tech department. And 15-20 crew members pushing carts and stocking. Unacceptable.

Huge store, lots of inventory, but most of the items are behind locked cases.Very few employees. Employees are hard to find to help.Target does not make money by displaying items. This is not a museum. Also items will be too old , not fresh any more. Then no customers want to buy them.Target makes money by selling & handing over items to customers. At least Target should creat a simple easy way for customers to pay for these locked items on a speedy way like inserting credit card ,or vending systems so customers don't have to rely on non existent help from non available employees.Shopping at Target stores became more hassle, than enjoyable shopping experience.Amazon & Walmart & Fred meyer are much better options price wise, and shopping wise, and convenience wise, and customers service wise.Target is losing big Time.Prices are ok ,and reasonable.Very very inconvenient way to shop. Almost too difficult.Very very sad to see how things changed. Even toothpaste is locked ( how funny & how sad).If theft is a problem, then Target should hire real police officers for security . No theif or robber want to be dealing with real police officers, but when Target hire fake cops( Rent- a cop). Loss Prevention. Those fake cops can't do jack sh-t to those brazen criminals.Any wages, or money paid to fake cops, or loss Prevention is just waste of money. They don't provide any solution. Just extra costs,Pay higher wages to real police officers, and solve the problem permanently.Thieves & Robbers will always lose against real police officers. That's how you solve this retail theft.Convenient location. Big parking lot . Lots of parking.

This is our local Target and it was great, but has drastically gone down hill. EVERYTHING is locked up behind glass now. I went in for toothpaste, and formula and the $3.99 toothpaste was locked up. I waited for a solid 5 minutes and gave up because no one was responding to the bell you swipe your hand under. Headed to the baby section for formula and found two people already waiting for someone to come unlock the cabinet. One said they had been waiting almost 10 minutes. This was despite the fact that four employees were standing in the baby section talking and laughing with each other. This is a regular pattern and getting help anytime I need it (Target is the only place that always has the formula we use in stock) takes forever and ends up being me, having to track down an employee for help. They never respond to the paging system attached to the glass doors. It is an absolutely frustrating experience and I will be ordering formula (the only thing I step foot in Target for since the new glass doors on everything) from Amazon from now on.

Drive up is great. There’s rarely a long wait and people are friendly. Going into the store is awful. If you have to buy any kind of personal products or facial creams or cleansers. I waited for 12 minutes and dinged the help button five times to get my face products and they never came. I ended up going to across the street to Fred Meyer.

I love shopping at Target, especially Redmond. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. Target has everything I need and returns are quick!

I drove right up and got the oil changed in my vehicle. The staff was helpful and went over all the details of what was going to be done. They also told me about other services that i may want to take advantage of in the future.

They are starting to lockbasic things like laundry detergent behind glass. Customer service is always mediocre at best. Not much point in shopping there anymore unless you need to try on clothes or you ran out of toilet paper. Used to be an awesome location to shop. Not anymore.

This Target (Redmond) is the one remaining Target store that hasn't yet placed laundry detergent, cosmetic items, razors, etc. behind locked glass cases. Factoria and The Landing stores now have diminished inventories, and items are locked up behind glass. If you want something, you must first find an employee to help you. They say it's due to stealing, but no one calls Security, the Police or anyone to stop the thieves. They allow thieves to walk out of the stores with shopping carts filled with items they're stealing. The result is: we are inconvenienced, having to find an employee to unlock the cases that hold what we might want. WHO wants to shop like that, Target?? Plus, we have to scan our own items and check ourselves out. I'm done. I'll shop online now. Very unhappy with Target and retail/grocery stores allowing these changes to happen.
