The T-Mobile store in Redmond consistently disappoints with their unethical practices, aimed at coercing customers into paying more than necessary. Following my second encounter with such tactics, I feel compelled to share my experience. I purchased a $50 screen protector under the assurance of a lifetime guarantee and the promise of in-store replacement if needed. However, when I attempted to avail of this service last week, I was rudely informed that replacements were only available online. It's disheartening that the Redmond Town Center T-Mobile neglects customer satisfaction and instead makes customers feel undervalued and mistreated.

After spending ten hours on the line with tech support the day before, I decided to go into a store to see if I could get help moving my iPhone and watch to T Mobile.Jasson helped me and it took him all of about 10 minutes to identify the issue, fix it, and send me on my merry way.Everyone was very nice and professional, greeted me, made small talk, etc. No one was pushy/"sales-y" in anyway or tried to sell me random stuff like other provider's stores have (looking at you, Verizon).It was a great experience, I was so happy they were able to help me!! I saw other reviews mentioning long wait times but I was helped immediately upon entering the store - I'm talking like the second I walked in.

This T-Mobile is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! The store was clean and tidy, very well staffed with many eager employees there to help. We went in to have our phone screens replaced, and left with Apple Watches! We had gone to the T-Mobile in Bellevue and the service was terrible there - it was very refreshing coming to the Redmond location and being supported. I cannot say enough good things! The gentleman who helped us was named Angel, he was so knowledgable and kind, and put up with all a million of my questions! I can not say enough kind words - thank you T-Mobile Redmond for the amazing service!!

The assistants are very friendly. Overall the experience is good. Just be ware that when you are offered with a free Apple Watch when you open a phone line, you actually open a watch line under the hood which cost you extra.

Each time I have been to this store, it’s endless wait. I have gone back after waiting 1+hours and without getting things done. Representative in this store seem to just go on and on with 1 person. Either they are not trained to finish tasks quickly and there is no incentive to service more people.

Recently I got a new phone from here, Anna was a huge help! She helped me for just over an hour and jumped through some extra hoops to get it set up due to my license being lost atm. She was super nice and got everything set up quickly. I’ve never had a better experience setting up a new phone before. Thank you T-Mobile

I was greeted warmly by Eunice and Stephanie, too courteous team members. I decided to switch from AT&T, since friends in the area provided positive word of mouth for T-Mobile's service between Redmond and Seattle. Transferring my number was seamless thanks to Eunice and Stephanie's expert assistance.While waiting for my line to activate, I observed Stephanie patiently aiding a less tech-savvy gentlemen, reminiscent of personalized care you'd find in a retirement community.Enjoying my service. 30 Mb per second (down) during peak hours at home is better than what I had with AT&T. I am a devoted T-Mobile customer now.

Was thinking to upgrade my old phone, came in but new phones are locked in the stand and I was not allowed to try these new phones in my hand to compare fitment and weight to my current phone. My will to spend money ended there. I am fine with my current phone.
