I got a pair of running shoes from here. They really know their stuff. These shoes fit great and I was able to run for an extra 20 minutes in my last workout. Without any foot pain afterwards.

This store epitomizes customer service. Helped my kid with with her first big girl shoes, and the customer agent, Nate was super understanding, patient and helped her through no less than 20 pairs before found the fit , color and make to her liking. We didn’t realize that we were 15 mins past the store closing hours when we went to checkout; not once in our choosing process were we rushed. Would recommend this store for anyone looking to try out a good pair of hiking/ running and their everyday shoe.

We love super jock n Jill! We’ve gotten our running shoes from them for the past year since our PT suggested we visit them, and the customer service is awesome. They carry great shoes and great insoles, and we really liked the people helping us every time.

I visited the Redmond location for the first time yesterday looking for new running shoes and it just happened to be during their anniversary sale. I was specifically looking at Brooks and Altra running shoes and narrowed it down to a couple of different Brooks models. Two staff helped me and they were both extremely knowledgeable. I don't want to bore you with my specific questions, but based on their technical answers, I narrowed it down a shoe that would support my natural foot fall and provide stability for my road running, and let me tell you I was torn between a couple of shoes. I was glad the shoe I chose was more discounted than the anniversary 15% off sale! I ran with my new shoes today and I am in love with them. The staff led me in the right direction. Thank you - Definitely recommend!

Denis V took my many health and physical obstacles into consideration and provided wonderful, helpful, patient and skilled support in providing 7 (throughout my visit...not all at once) options from which to choose the best fit for all my needs. I’ve bought two pairs of shoes here over the years, and have had good experiences both times. Staff are friendly and helpful in making the right choice- especially considering how much of a commitment it is to buy good shoes. I tried buying online from Hoka earlier this year and ended up needing to return them- it was so much easier to just come in, and I ended up finding a different style from the same brand that works for me.

Anya sets the benchmark for customer service. She is an active listener, detail oriented, observant and a powerful solution provider. She accomplishes all this while creating a warm and caring atmosphere where customers feel welcome and cared for. She is authentic and knowledgeable. The shoe selection is both deep and wide. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I came in for a pair of Hokas and Jack did an amazing job at helping me with the various questions I had. I highly recommend shopping here at Super Jock and Jill Redmond. I had a very positive experience.

Wow! Talk about an unexpected surprise. We stopped in to get 1/4 inch spikes for the girls track shoes. The guys working on Monday were amazing. They asked my girls about their upcoming meet, what races they run, etc. They were super friendly.They bagged up our replacement spikes and I asked, "how much?" The young man working the counter said, "Complimentary!"Definitely coming back when the girls need new shoes!

Love the experience of a new set of running shoes, since coming here years ago every time I gotta replace they take my old shoes and recycle them, show me similar options and an outlier, let me run around the block and I leave happy with my decision always. Great staff.
