The owner invited me to bring my car by so he could look at the battery to tell me what battery model I needed to buy for self installation. He also tested it.
I went in circles for days trying to look it up on the internet.
My sons and I get all our repair work done at Stingray because we can trust the diagnosis, repair, and the fact they do only what needs to be done.

Great experience with Ford F-150. Their team provided a quote which was significantly less than the Ford dealership. The repair was done in a day. This shop is part of the Costco Auto Program.

This is the best auto shop in the area with a long term presence and huge commitment to their customers. Would highly recommend for quality, professionalism and Jason is excellent especially with older or more luxury cars and can make anything work!

Had a terrible experience. Some things were out of their control but they were also rude and combative with me along the way. And they never call you to tell you anything, you have to pester them to get an update. My work truck ended up in their shop for almost two months, including when they let me drive off with a faulty starter and had to get towed back again. I'd stay as far away as possible.

Brought in a car that had been accidently driven over a curb and I wasn't sure what damage had been done under the car. The owner and his mechanic immediately took a look and came back with an honest assessment of the damages. I was blown away when they didn't even want to charge me as the job was simple. Honesty like this is hard to see! I will surely come back to them for future work on my cars.

Good group of guys!Been there 3 times and the work was done properly!Always at a good price for professional work. ?The only shop I trust in the PNW.They did the transmission filter and fluid on my truck and infinity. They've never shifted better!

Jason Shackelford the owner is the most upstanding business owner. Not only is he honest but compassionate. My son needed repairs on his vehicle. After my son told him that his son was airlifted to children's for a life threatening surgery. Jason told my son there was no charge....Who does that? Thank you Stingray automotive and repair.

Great set of honest people here. They did diagnosis at no cost and was an easy fix and hence didn’t charge for that either. It was my lucky day to have this problem and to have found these guys. Very professional and knowledgeable and highly recommended.
