Friendly service, outside seating area. The only thing bad about the place is the horrible noise the new-ish chairs make when people drag them on the floor. It's like fingernails on a chalkboard

That is so little organic food that I could not order anything.

Really getting worse and worse here. Lines longer than ever. Cashiers always in training. Just bi what it used to be. And now everyone is forced to use self check out as only one live cashier available most times.

Roy - the "cheese monger" - single handedly put me into a lactose coma. He's not just some grocery store cheese slinger going through the motions. He's a guy who knows and loves cheese and wants you to love it too. After filling our belly's with fancy cheese we rounded the corner and ran into Taylor who was hosting a fantastic wine tasting. She was knowledgeable and fantastic. I'll tell ya, Whole Foods can shove it.

I went there at my earliest break this morning to order a sandwich. I waited 20 mins while watching a lady at the deli make someone else's sandwich (hoagie) that wasn't even there. I've never seen a slower sandwich build in my life. I had to give up and grab a pre made sandwich because clearly this woman had no concept of other people's schedules. I was late getting back anyway and she never even started my sandwich. If you want a fresh sandwich I suggest ordering by phone at least an hour early and maybe she'll get to it

It's really nice to have a grocery store nearby when living in Redmond Ridge but we've had experiences there lately that have us driving downturn hill out of our way to another store instead. For some reason in the last 6 months or so we've noticed they've stopped stocking allot of products we would buy on a regular basis and then the other products we buy are consistently out of stock. Also, random other products will just be pushed into their place as if to make it seem like they don't have a ton of items out of stock. Pricing is mislabeled, customer service (especially at nights) leaves much to be desired and god forbid you need something from their bulk spice or food section because you'll very rarely find a baggie or container to put the product in (if it's stocked). I've actually heard people say they bring their own baggies to the store because they know there won't be anything there in the bulk section! Another example: a few nights ago we were doing some shopping and went to pay only to be informed by a nervous checker that the credit card machines haven't been working. She had us try several cards and eventually her manager came over and explained while dialing multiple people for help over his cell phone for help (who didn't pick up) that he didn't know how to fix the problem and proceeded to take out his anger and frustration with the situation on the female checker. I was so uncomfortable with what I was witnessing that I tried to deescalate the situation several times to no avail. You could tell she was extremely flustered due to the way she was being treated and to make matters worse he looked at us at one point and said "sorry about her, I hate dealing with her". We eventually paid the fee to withdraw a few hundred dollars for our groceries just to get out of the store because the situation was so uncomfortable and it was obviously not going to resolve anytime soon & people without cash were piling up! These are just a few examples of how Redmond Ridge QFC has gone seriously downhill. Someone from corporate needs to send some secret shoppers in there at different times to understand what the heck is going on here and fix it before they loose all their customers.

I so want to like this QFC! The other grocery stores in our neighborhood are dismal. This QFC's Service varies from great to offputting. The produce, cheeses, wines are nice as are the staff. To us the deli staff tends to be lax and inattentive. Rarely friendly or enthusiastic. My wife says "slower than molasses in January ". We stopped by on 9/7/2018 for a few fruit and vegetables and decided to grab hot chicken tenders and prepared salads. The slaw was visibly watery and unappetizing. The chicken tenders were dark brown, overcooked and not much larger than chicken nuggets. We decided to pass. My impression was that the woman working the counter didn't see a problem with the chicken.

This is my local QFC and even though it's a large supermarket, the friendly and helpful staff make it feel like the small town grocers I went to when I was a kid. I know nearly everyone by name (because they have introduced themselves to me), they know me when I come in and are always friendly and helpful. I have a large family and am in the store frequently, if I've been on vacation or away on business, they notice and always welcome me home. Great store, great service!

I am leaving this review to give Patty in the deli a shout out for always having such great service! She always meets me to the side of the deli to take my order, completes the order quickly and efficiently, and always has a smile on her face. It's great to see that there is such a wonderful employee at this store, and I always feel relieved when I see Patty behind the counter!

What can I say, a Starbucks is a Starbucks, BUT this one is a neighborhood hang out and the servers are open a friendly. A great place to meet your friends over a cuppa.

I've been frequenting the Safeway of Cottage Lake for some time now (since it's near my home) but few stores in the area beat this QFC. As a German, I am unsurprisingly a beer enthusiast and I must compliment this store for having one of the finest selections of import beers I've seen almost anywhere in this state (other than stores dedicated specifically toward selling German goods). This QFC up in Trilogy has a truly fantastic selection of imported European beers ranging from Irish, Czech, to (of course my favorite) German beers straight from the region's of Dortmund, Prussia, the Hanseatic, and more. Truly delectable. If you enjoy a good brew as I, and not the watered-down disgraces that are the mainstream American/Mexican/Dutch beers, then I highly recommend this store. Moreover, the staff here seem very happy and well-treated by their managment, a factor seemingly non-existent at the Safeway stores (I know personally as I used to work for them). I say to this QFC: please carry on with your brilliant selection of imports, it truly makes you stand out from the rest of the common grocery stores!
