I've been a customer since 2019 and today I had a very bad experience at the store with a stupid manager who just told me to call customer service and ignored my request.The manager I spoke with exhibited a lack of empathy and understanding of the issues I encountered. Instead of addressing the root cause of my problem, I received a generic and unhelpful response, further deepening my dissatisfaction. It's disheartening to see a lack of effective leadership in resolving customer concerns.I believe well-equipped to handle escalated matters with a proactive and customer-centric approach. My experience has left me questioning the overall commitment of your company to customer satisfaction.I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider implementing improvements in both frontline customer service and managerial responses to ensure a more positive experience for customers like myself.

One of the worst and dumb store representatives ever met. They are extremely rude. Went in the store for some billing queries as i was charged $70 extra for a line added for 10 days of the billing cycle, i was talking to Brannon and suddenly representative by the name Ali came in between the conversation and started being rude.

We've been with T-Mobile for more than 10 years and today I want to pay my bill today and they charged me $5 extra to pay with cash .I forgot my credit card home this is the weirdest thing I've ever heard in my life . I'm planning to change the mobile carrier right the away .And always wee pay are Bill in time. They gone lose a long time Customers becose they hungry to steel customers money.

They activate customers phone lines and send them to other store if they don’t have the device just to lock in the activation. Trash and desperation to hit numbers.

Never received better help at a phone store. Never *expected* to get good service at any phone store, frankly. But the technicians were extremely helpful and useful, and made the experience perfectly painless.
