I had a very disappointing experience at this Sport Clips location today. I asked the stylist, Fariba, to leave plenty of hair in the middle, but she cut it much shorter than I requested, even after I repeatedly expressed my concerns during the haircut. She assured me she knew what she was doing, but the end result was nowhere near what I asked for.
To make matters worse, I was charged extra—$12 on top of the $32 haircut—for a “detailed cut” just because I requested a fade, and was also asked to leave a tip. In total, I paid almost $50 for a haircut I’m completely unhappy with.
Overall, I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with both the service and the final result. I won’t be returning to this salon and would not recommend it to others based on my experience.

Do not go to perla. She does not know how to cut hair if her life depended on it. Was no line in store and she was still on a rush. She cut my hair as if a rat chewed it off. You have better luck giving a toddler safety scissors. Elizabeth is good, fatima is good. Perla honestly gave me the worst haircut i have ever had avoid her at all costs

I’m not recommend it , I had free coupon, for new clients, I feel bad for her I put tips 50% . Then she told me it’s not free only I give me 5$ discount.
I ask her what about my coupon?
She said it’s not free.
It’s scam I’m not recommend at all.

I like getting haircut hear, the only reason I am not giving 5 star because there is no way of checking if your favorite stylist is working or not, before joining the line up. And if the stylist's name is not listed, there is no way knowing when they may be working, so it is annoying not being able to schedule a head of time.
