Raymond was the best! He was so kind and so funny and help me get the vape that I wanted. I definitely recommend this place and definitely recommend Raymond to help you!

I've been to a few vape shops and they are all really nice. But never have I had a better experience. The gentleman who helped me out was so sweet and even kind enough to open my disposable box for me, take it out of the package and present it to me.

I started going to this store when it was located in Redmond and followed it to Kirkland. Customer service is wonderful and always enjoy conversing with the owner. He is very kind and funny.
