Having been someone that grew up with our family having storage units I was totally expecting a run of the mill experience. However I was pleasantly surprised to find the process fun! Gary was professional, patient and efficient. The location is clean and feels very safe. Super happy we picked SmartStop Self Storage!

Our experience with Shastina was fantastic. She willingly shared her time... allowing us to view several available units, and walking us through the 'agreement' addressing any questions.
At no time was there any pressure to lease a storage unit. The units we looked at were well maintained and temp controlled. We had a very positive experience and would highly recommend.

Don't rent from these people. they have risen my rent 3 times in 1 year, To the point where I called the district manager and they lowered my rent $50 just to try to keep me happy. I am still moving out of this place cose this company is a corporate rip-off.
