Initial time to repair given was 10 to 15 days. But the vehicle was ready within 48 hours of the drop-off. Very impressive. The work done appeared to be excellent. Customer service was friendly and very courteous. A few days after getting the vehicle back, I noticed that one of the rear turn signals was not working. I suspected something happened during the repairs in that area. I called immediately, and they said to bring it into the shop that day, and that they should be able to fix while I waited. Drive down then. Turned out to be just a burned out bulb, which they replaced within 15 minutes. Again, very cordial and quick service!

Never have I been treated so rudely. After not receiving confirmation of my appointment, I tried to call. Left a message. No one returned. Began calling again the next day and no one answered. Finally called to main scheduling hub who said they were immediately sending out text and email confirmation which 2 hours later I still have not received. She connected me to the local shop where I was met with a completely uninterested employee clearly annoyed he had to answer a call. Told him I had been trying to reach them and he replied well we are all here so I will be filing a complain with state farm requesting the drop them as a service center

Even with new management, there still is an underlying issue of lack of communication. It is already stressful to find yourself in car issues, the service that should help you should not be adding to that stress.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. Estimators are rude and indifferent and calls not returned. Thirteen days in and they still hadn't (or wouldn't) submit paperwork to my insurance company. Fun fact: My insurance company was blown off by these people, too. So, I encouraged them to remove this company as their preferred provider. And I believe that process was started.

I would avoid these clowns like the bubonic plague, brought my 2018 Jeep Cherokee in after someone hit hit my car, a very minor fix, which resulted in me having to return to this establishment 3x to have my car properly repaired. Today I brought my Jeep in to the dealership to have an oil change. They alerted me that all of the screws holding in the skid plate were missing.Service King had to take the screws out in order to repair my car - but were too idiotic to put them back in. Kind of like the reason that I had to bring back the car back three times to have it properly fixed. Unfortunately - I had no idea that I should've taken it back a forth time but I found out today!Not to mention, they were snarky jerks who rushed me out the door and made excuses every time I came back because the car was not repaired properly. Complete clowns, definitely do not suggest bringing your vehicle there.

Be careful of this place. I brought a brand new Nissan Ariya 2023 to them to fix a scratch in the front bumper and they destroyed my car. The car was given back to me filthy and tires were ruined.The guy who was handling the fix wouldn't even come talk to me.Do *not* go to this business.

They expedited the replacement parts on my car and had it fixed in only a few days. Traffic was bad when I ubered there, so they stayed 15 minutes late for me to pick my car up!

They really disappointed me before and now it's a new company with different management.Unfortunately I didn't get a good estimate when I went recently and don't think I can change my review, as yet.It's a scheme, they took photos and sent notes to my claim adjuster who works remotely.

Horrible service. It's been almost a year and my car is still not completely fixed because they never return my calls. After the initial work was done, I picked up my car and they had forgot to fix a whole section. My car was a mess & dirty from them working in it and not cleaning up. Plus items in my car were stolen. I had to bring my car back twice after the initial work and like I said, it still isn't fixed. They told me they would send me a gift card for the stolen stuff which I never received. I have even tried taking my car to a different service king and they said they would get the part I needed and call me back. That was 5 months ago and I have called many times and they always say "they are looking for the part and will call back" but then never does.

When my car was broken into, I brought my car to Crash Champions (Service King) Redmond to fix the damage. Their connection with my insurance agency made the repair a breeze. Kieran kept me informed of the progress, and was very helpful to work with. New window, paint, and interior panel look great - thank you!
