I came here for multiple sessions to address a whiplash injury. I saw Aaron Lee as my main physical therapist, and I’d highly recommend him. I think they are all amazing therapists though. Everyone that I worked with in addition to Aaron, was friendly, caring and clear communicators.

My wife took sessions here. We were told that insurance will cover 90% of the bill. To our dismay, this was an incorrect information that we got to know only after a number of sessions. This cost us $750+. We took on the chin and paid the bill. However, their billing system is archaic and didn't reflect the payment we made a month ago. They sent a consolidated bill and I called up. The lady was super rude and was not willing to take any information on transaction ids and kept yelling that I owe them money. She didn't try to understand one bit even though money was already paid through my HSA account. I would not refer anyone to this place and select therapy in general. Pls stay away from these folks!

Called to make initial appointment for my son to have routine pt for his shoulders. Once they found out he has mild special needs, their tone totally changed. Asked can you hold a few times then she abruptly transferred me to a guy who asked what exactly is his disability but didn't seem to grasp my simple medical explanation (he can walk and talk- but isn't this PHYSICAL therapy???) and when I asked what was the problem, he stated they were just seeing if they could help him. I told them I would find another clinic, but wow. Talk about obvious.
