Service here was poor. I asked about mirror that was missing some hardware and the customer service lady said you can call and check with customer service to see if they have the correct hardware. My response was could you please call? She said she'd be happy to do that with that tone and attitude if I'm doing you a big favor. I asked another question about how much the mirror weighed and she said I'm sure it says online. I then didn't feel like buying anything from them. So, I left. Why do I go into a store except to see items IRL and get customer service. The customer service was lackluster here.

My wife and I would give RH outlet store in factoria 4 stars out of 5 for furniture quality and pricing, and for sales staff expertise and courtesy. Unfortunately RH recommended a delivery company called Pacific Express that soured us on the RH experience, and who you should avoid at all costs. Here’s our story:We told Pacific Express that our house is under construction and that we would appreciate a delivery time that was close to accurate so we don’t have to sit in a cold empty house all day waiting for our new RH table. Now we HAVE been sitting in a cold empty house all day, waiting. Plus we moved all our construction trucks for easy mover access, and Pacific is so far a “no show”. Delivery is for a Restoration Hardware table. Pacific Express was one option presented by the restoration hardware outlet store. I have spoken with the PE office twice and they changed their story from “you are first, they are on their way to pick up the table” (3 hours late) to “our afternoon shift just started, our team has work in Seattle first, then they will call you when they pick up the table for delivery.” This is all now FOUR and 1/2 HOURS after the start of the scheduled delivery window and they are still doing other deliveries first. We are frustrated and disappointed with the service, and with the office’s poor problem resolution skills, communication, and unhelpful attitude. I’ve asked twice that the movers call us to communicate, the office said they would have the movers call, and still no word at all.My advice is that you use a different mover than what RH recommends. Life is too short for flaky vendors with unhelpful attitudes. At this point I’m not even confident that the table will be delivered safely (judging by their other reviews), so stand by for additional reviews if Pacific Express botches that too.

I don't normally leave reviews for a store, but I had to after going through one of the worst shopping experiences at this store.I bought two sofas from RH Outlet, and went with their recommended delivery company. The sales team was friendly and helpful at the time.On delivery day, my sofas arrived in a truck with no protection, wrapping, or boxes. I didn't notice this at the time, but the inside of the truck was extremely dirty, and the back/sides of the sofas got smeared with oil and grime. Additionally, the back of the sofas were in contact with the side the truck, and got ripped during the transit.Unfortunately, I didn't notice the damage/grime on the sofas until they were moved into my home. As soon as I found out the damage on the sofas, I called RH Outlet, but it took a while to get in touch with someone who could take action about my situation.I called several times before connecting with a manager, but this person was extremely unsympathetic. She blamed the delivery company for the whole experience, told me it was not standard practice to wrap furnitures before shipping, and refused to provide any repair or replacement options.I also got in touch with the delivery company owner, but they ghosted me after a few back-and-forths on the repair, so I was never able to get in touch with them again.I'm now stuck with two sofas that I paid full price for, that are in worse-than-used condition, with no recourse. Please take this kind-of post sales experience into account when shopping at this store.

This is one of the best RH outlets. It's one of the few locations in the country. The selection and pricing was excellent. I repeatedly go there for the finds as the stock keeps updating regularly.

Brianna and Oliver have been so unbelievably patient and helpful in helping me select the furniture for my new home. The prices at the outlet are wonderful and I love the quality of Restoration Hardware furniture, but again, what strikes me most at this location is how friendly and welcoming everyone is.

I have no idea why this place has such a low Yelp rating. We have found many great pieces and less than half the normal retail price. RH furniture is very high quality and the value this outlet brings is great. They get new items every Wednesday and Friday so you may have to stop in a few times to find that perfect item. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. We will continue to look here first when purchasing decor for our home and highly recommended you do too.

We love this store. They always have great pieces and the team that works there is amazing.We especially love working with Oliver. He has helped us numerous times with design ideas and picking the right pieces for our space. His level of service and knowledge about the product is the reason we keep coming back!

I can’t speak more highly of this store, specifically the customer service! The store manager is one of the most genuinely kind, helpful, knowledgeable people. She helped me and my husband so much - she has great taste - I highly recommend shopping with her.

My girlfriend loves shopping here. Sean always patiently answered our question and helped us pick and load furnitures. He is an awesome designer and sales. We had bought several rounds of furnitures from him such as rugs and nightstands! Appreciate having him in the store!!!
