First time going to the shop and was very disappointed with how they handle their business. I went in asking to look at my AC unit and see what is needed. I gave them a number to call me over the phone when they know what is needed. I never got an update on cost and when I went in to pick up my car with a huge bill with services that I never approved of. The AC services I will accept as that is what I went in for but would have appreciated that phone call with estimates of cost. What I was not happy with is that they went in and changed lights and charged me for labor of changing lights which is something that I never asked for. I did not want my lights done as I can do that myself and I don’t appreciate them adding random services. I am a young female who does not know about cars and felt taken advantage of. it is not good service to do work without approval.

I've been going to Cub and team for at least 10 years now. He's kept two of my cars in perfect working order and is prices are very fair. He is a super nice guy and trustworthy and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Excellent service and amazing work on my car! They managed to diagnose the problem with my driver’s side mirror efficiently, and my side mirror is working like it’s new after they fixed it. Would highly recommend, whether it be for servicing your car, need repairs, etc. Will definitely use them next time I need my car serviced or repaired!

I was thankful when a friend recommended Redmond Werkshop for my Volvo. I was tired of paying the overly inflated prices at the Volvo dealer now that my Volvo is 6 yrs old. It's nice to have a local shop servicing the car at a very fair price. The 68K check up was done in a timely manner and priced very reasonably! Will be back for future service!

Dropped my wife off to pick up her car that was being serviced at the Werkshop and while waiting we were surprised to have a VW race up in front of our vehicle, throw his hands up in disgust, and flip us off yelling unknown words from the driver’s spot. The VW driver flew backwards into an adjacent spot and upon exiting his vehicle, continued to yell obscenities while flipping the middle finger high in the sky. I exited the vehicle asking if the gentleman if he was ok because his behavior indicated distress and he told me I should know better than to park there. I informed him we were at the Werkshop to retrieve a vehicle serviced at said establishment and he instantly digressed to “caught red handed” apologies. We let Kub, the owner, know of the incident and he clearly could not care less. I will not be going back to any establishment that cares so little about human interaction than to think this is appropriate behavior.

I highly recommend this business. I had a malfunctioning turn signal on my Acura. Even though they do not serve Acuras usually, they scheduled my visit for the next day. In less than 1 hour, they were able to diagnose the problem and replace multiple light bulbs. All at a very reasonable price. I will definitely come to them again if I have a problem.

The Redmond Werkshop was recommended to me by my next door neighbor, and from my first phone call to the time I picked up my Forester after the repairs were completed, everything was very positive. I dropped off my 2017 Forester on a Thursday morning with front suspension problems, and was able to pick up the car with all repairs completed by Thursday afternoon!! Cub was great to work with, and the price was very reasonable.
I'm a mechanic myself, but there are some things that my little cramped garage won't allow me to do, and I need to employ the services of a professional shop. In this case, it was a lower control arm and ball joint that needed to be replaced, and Cub, and his team treated me like family from beginning to end :) I can't say enough good things about Cub and his team!!

This was my first experience with Redmond Werkshop. I have been looking for a good Audi service shop for the last 3 years who can take care of my car with good detail and will not cost a leg and an arm.Well, Redmond Werkshop seems to be the perfect place. Not only did they take my car in the same day, their prices were much better than the other places I have worked with until now. They even checked my brakes and other things as part of the oil change.This is my go to place for future services for my Audi!

Great place to bring your German cars! My car is a diesel bug, it’s rare, I do not trust my car with just anyone. I always worried about other shops inexperience with diesel engines, a small mistake could cost thousand to repair. Their prices are fair and service is thorough, usually no surprises.For the ladies: I have never had a problem with the shop trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge since I am a woman, I would still suggest having a dude call for you and come along. I have not seen a single woman there once
