I go here and really like it! Even when they are super busy, I never feel like they rush. I took my friend there the other day (her first time), and they treated her so well...like a regular. They remember me even when it's been a while. The pedicures and manicures are fantastic.

My nails still look great 3 weeks after my simple manicure. I had a painful overgrown cuticle that they took care of, and has healed completely. Very friendly, efficient, competent staff.

Very racist and unkind. If you are Indian, do not bother with this business. They are respectful only to their white clientele. They are mostly Vietnamese and talk about you right in front of you, don't give you the best experience unless you have white skin.Services: Manicures

This place is a solid 3 stars. I can understand why people may have had mixed experiences. Pros: -Michelle was excellent!! Very gentle, manicure looks tidy, and I got a massage which was nice. Cons: -Owner (I am assuming she was the owner) is pushy and made odd conversation. -Be prepared for Redmond Ridge prices, $40 for regular shellac manicure I may be back at some point as my manicure was nice but would probably go somewhere else if it's convenient.

Went in to get some acrylic removed off my nail, the length was already cut down by myself at home && there was a few nails that were already off.Cindy sat me down then started to immediately file the dry acrylic off without any soaking or anything ! It was my first time here so I assumed This was a different technique. When she got down to almost my nail bed, she pulled out her nail kit and grabbed a nail. I knew Immediately she was going to start pulling off my nails !! I watched Her grab the fake nail and she jammed it between the acrylic and my nail bed till she hurt me ! After the 3rd time that she hurt me tearing and pulling off the acrylic, I finally Asked her why she’s not soaking it in acetone first!?? She then threw her tools down and started to tell me something but she stopped herself! She then came back with the correct tools (acetone, bowel, && towel) and continues to huff at me anytime she had to replace and throw away her tip! Which was only once because there wasn’t even that much acrylic left ! She was done super fast after and I went To pay, she was trying to charge me the full 20$ for a soak removal !!! I said No because she was tearing and ripping apart my nails for a good 20minutes before I had To tell her about soaking them !!! She said fine she will only charge me $15! I paid Because my nails were technically removed but I will Never go back to this place ! ! Seems like they cared more about cutting cost and skeeming people than actually caring for their nails !

Shame on me, I should've known better.... I was heading out to do some Christmas shopping when I decided to stop and see if I could get my nails done before heading out. I popped my head in the door and quickly realized they were about 25 minutes from closing. I said "oops, no worries, I'll come back tomorrow". The owner insisted they had a lot of cleaning to do so they'd be ok with doing my dip nails, which I knew took about 45-60 min all together. She said they always stay about 30 minutes after they close, so that would be nearly an hour. Sweet, I'm in...That was just about the ONLY good thing to come out of my experience. The second I walked in the door, the very young nail technician they had assigned to me made it known that she was extremely unhappy at having to do my nails (remember, I said I would've happily come back the next day). I was immediately uncomfortable by her behavior. Between her huffing, eye rolling, speaking in a different language, loudly and what seemed to be angerly to another employee, and aggressively grabbing my fingers and filing them down, I think everyone in the salon could sense she was NOT pleased. By the time I was done, the entire process only took 22 minutes. That's it... 22 minutes to remove my old nails and replace them. The foil to remove them sat on my nails for less than 2 minutes. So in order to remove them, she dang near had to tear them off. Very painful. Looking back at what I was seeing, I should've looked right at her and in my "mom voice", told her to knock off her tantrum. In the 22 minutes that I was being "pampered", I started to notice that she was using unclean tools, and extremely used/dirty Dremel files. I had to keep telling myself that was normal and it would be ok, and that there was nothing I could do about it now. After she was done, she got up, didn't make eye contact and said, "ok, done" and walked away. The owner of the store was up at the register waiting for me and when I went up there, it was full price for that horrific experience. No hand massage, no pampering, not even a "do you like this length", lol, nothing. Just got up and walked away. Sadly, that's not the end- By the time I got to my first Christmas shopping destination, my fingers were burning, and as I looked down I noticed that two were bleeding. With all of her aggressive filing and dremeling, it made sense to what I was seeing. My mind immediately went to the dirty tools I watched her use and I hoped I wouldn't have issues. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case- within hours, my middle finger was inflamed, beat red up to my first knuckle, had small bumps surrounding my nail/cuticle, and itched to the point I wanted to tear the skin off that finger. Since that, it hasn't gotten better, it hasn't gotten worse either but that might be because I've been putting antiseptic, anti itch cream, Neosporin, peroxide, and I even stunk like a Christmas tree at work one day due to pouring tea tree oil over it. After reading about my symptoms, there is no doubt that I have an infection and no doubt it was from the technician using dirty tools and opening my skin where the bacteria was able to enter. Since my other treatments aren't working, my final option is to take time off from work to see a Dr. for antibiotics. They used dirty tools, were beyond careless AND rude, charged me full price and gave me an infection. I will definitely NOT be back. I will however be back to drop off my doctor bill. They need to clean their tools properly and train their staff. I'm so disappointed to have experienced this behavior. On the plus side, my nails looked fantastic when I left but definitely not worth the pain and hassle I've gone through. :(Services: Manicures
