Doctors and nurses are kind and respectful with our puppy. But the receptionist is so rude. She has yelled at my wife due to not fully understanding the question. English is not our first language, so we'd expect a more sensitive and respectful attention.

My daughter’s 10 year old cat had fallen ill and we were able to get an appointment right away. The staff was thoughtful about cost, without judgement, when helping me decide what diagnostics and treatments to pursue. They were able to identify a rare condition and told us the realistic options that were available with empathy and compassion. They were great with my daughter who was upset and grieving. We ultimately had to put our sweet Bamboo to rest. They helped walk us through that process. Provided a way to receive her ashes and prints of her paws. I would not have wanted any other veterinary to care for us during this time. Even the front office staff helped give us words of comfort. They really care about animals and their owners. Thank you for your kindness and compassion through that process.

The team of veterinarians and nurses treat the dogs well, very kind and quality, but the receptionist treats the clients very badly, they even yelled at me because I didn't hear her question well, it's not the first time she has a bad attitude.

I've never had an untoward experience with RFCAH. The staff are ALWAYS, always kind, prompt, helpful, and gentle with pets. My new cat has established care here; I've had former pets/rescues receive exceptional care here as well. Standard poodle, Aussie Shepherd, Siberian cat, and now a British Shorthair cat. They care for all breeds, shapes, and sizes! The doctor went over all options for vaccinations, allergies, and did a full physical. She and her vet tech were EXTREMELY gentle while stabilizing my new cat for her rabies vax and she did wonderfully.
I will drive from anywhere in the Greater Seattle area for pet care here! I've driven in from Shoreline, now I drive in from Factoria. RFCAH is simply the best at what they do, and driving for exceptional pet care is always worth it! <3

Our pup has been a client at RFC animal hospital for 6 years and they NEVER disappoint. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting top-notch quality care for their fur babe. The team there always treats us and our babe so amazingly!

They are great/ compassionate! They got my pup in when no other vet in the area would after she ate kitty litter and animal poison control suggested she be made to throw up. They didn't have any appts but they saw her anyways.

No complains with their service, but they called me to let me know that my cat’s blood work was good at 7:40 on Saturday. This just felt rude to me. Why do they think it’s ok to call that early on a Saturday?

These vets and vet techs are so attentive and helpful. Sandy has been a saving grace and a huge resource for finding vet pharmacies, supplements and special equipment. I so appreciate the extra time they all take to help my pups!

Dr. Carlson and her staff were absolutely lovely to me and my pooch. After a recent move, I needed to establish care for my big staffy. I put this off as a result of caring for elderly parents and naturally, a need for urgent care arose with my pooch. The clinic was able to get us in same day- I expressed my guilt for waiting and there was only kindness, no judgement. Costs were very fair and we will make this our vet of choice!

Do not use at all costs. My dad had used the old owners for years they were good. But ever since the place got new owners the quality has gone down. They literally made my dad feel terrible for putting down our 15 year old dog who could hardly walk they wanted us to force her pills and told him they didn’t want to put her down… and now my dad has another older dog and they have misprescribed her time and time again she was just constantly in pain and they would not listen to us, all they wanted to do was charge us $900 to clean her teeth. Finally we said enough is enough and are completely done with this place will never go back and do not recommend to anyone!
