Rick was so great, we went to look at a unit and he was friendly and professional. We told him we would be back in a week because we wanted to shop around. We ended up going back the next day, we felt we would be in good hands.

Rented online, and showed up in person to finalize the rental process with a full load, realized I’d left my ID at home. Rather than sending us away to do an hour round trip to grab it, Rick was very friendly and helped us get into the unit in the short term. We were able to drop everything off and bring the ID back with the second load. That small act of kindness saved us about two hours of our time which is hugely appreciated. The facilities themselves are really quite nice, hallways and units kept in good condition, plenty of security for peace of mind. The dolly’s in the lobby were a nice convenience, since we loaded everything without any. Overall my first impressions on this facility and staff are very high.

The staff has been very friendly and helpful. The units are really clean and well lit. There are plenty of carts to use. And, it has bathrooms. Sometimes been a lifesaver.
