The first time I went Queen City was my windows smashed and dealer helped me work with Queen City to fix the window and painting, it was great and I can’t tell where was the painting scratches! And this time I got painting scratches, I came back again, no doubt on the quality of work they do. And I had clear film protection on my car, Tobey was so patient with my emails about quotes and the progress

Recently had a vehicle repaired here. They were able to get me in relatively quickly, quick turnaround on the repairs, price was not cheap but competitive, but most importantly, the work was absolutely flawless.Service: Body & Trim

Took my Genesis coupe in for repairs, Scott was amazing with great communication and the tech or techs that painted and repaired my vehicle did a BEAUTIFUL job matching the paint and I could not be happier. We’ve been customers of Queen City Auto Rebuild for three decades. It’s nice to know that the quality of their repair work, especially paint, remains the best in the area.We appreciated the great communication throughout the process, especially their support in working with the insurance company.Services: Painting

No one in this shop could explain: 1. the car repair cost matched to the insurance company in total expense precisely to 2 decimal digits but mismatched every category in breakdowns; 2. Selected cost differences in some categories to let us pay out of pocket even though the total expense from all categories adding up had been matched; 3. I asked for the real cost reports (not the ones that were matched to the insurance company in total expense) and explanation, neither were provided other than forcing us to leave. I would not like to write this review here if they could explain, not trying to sidetrack our questions or playing not to understand our questions.Added: We dropped our car on Oct29, and we picked up our car on 27Dec. The preliminary estimate from insurance company is 2617.37 that was negotiated by the body shop to10,406.41. The body shop submitted the cost report (10406.41) to the insurance company but then charged us 1,032.12 out of pocket. Therefore the total expense was increased to 11,438.53 for a small car accident.A new finding: the shop gave us the report (left one) for extra charge of 1032.12, and then emailed us an updated one (right one) with a magic update to 0.00. Steve, I need to find out the truth. What is going on here?Services: Body & Trim

You know, I don't think I've written these guys a review yet. But let me say how much I love 'em.I've got four Porsches that I've taken here. Most recently, they replaced some major PITA window weatherstripping on my 924S and a couple other rotting rubber body gaskets, sunroof seal, etc.Several weeks ago, some similar weatherstripping and a rear bumper cover repair on my 968 after my neighbor backed into it. GREAT match on the color, too!Earlier this year, they installed the "whale tail" on my '85 911, corrected some old paintwork coloring issues that were discovered, and repaired a door mirror on my Cayman when I cheese-grated a large bird through a small hole, leaving exploded bird all along the side of the car. These guys have been consistently great to work with, have done great work, and the prices are pretty reasonable. I find myself seeking other body work for them to do. The 968 is next up (again) for side rocker panels and front bumper issues....My only issue with them? They really need a "Queen City" branded credit card line. Y'know, 18 months 0% interest financing sorta stuff... now that would be nice.... ;-)Service: Body & Trim

Run don't walk away from queen city auto rebuild.I should have read the review below before wasting 5 months with this incompetent company. Horribly sloppy work, zero communication...classic over promise under deliver. They only thing they are good at is getting the insurance companies to pay them in full before doing a minute of work...which explains the total lack of motivation. I really wish I could have a face to face with their owner and explain how terrible my experience was.

Best customer service and an excellent job on painting and repairs. I have had to take my car there on 3 separate times for body work due to getting bumped and scratched by 3 different cars! I will go back for the amazing customer service & quality work they do.Services: Painting

I came to the body shop to repair my Porsche as it's a Porsche certified body shop. But I am disappointed about their communication. Some staff is quite impatient and loud on the phone. Just to clarify, my rating is NOT about their services but their communication as I might choose another Porsche certified body shop in the area.I had my Porsche inspected for repair In mid of April. The estimator took some photos and told me my rear door should be replaced. They told me they would send me the estimation by EoD and they would start the supplement to insurance company soon. But when I called back after 5 days, they told me they did not have my record/photos in the system and won't start the supplement until car in the shop. The one who responded was quite patient and sometimes even very loud on the phone. Until 2 weeks after the inspection, they did not send me any estimation. Moreover, the repair was scheduled in mid June, which is about 2 months later than the inspection. So I guess after my car in the shop, they will order the parts and I might wait for another 1-2 months to get my car. I am not sure if the communication quality is the same as their service quality.
