We stopped by a few days ago in the morning. The older man who worked at the self checkout was extremely rude to us. He complained about how we put the groceries on the scale and basically told us move away from check out in a very rude way. Not friendly at all!!!!! If you can not be pleasant to customers, you shouldn't work at the front. We will never go back that location again!!!

Even though the prices at this location are higher than nearby grocery stores, I shopped here because it was convenient. However, on numerous occasions, the deli department closed as early as 6:00 p.m. so I still had to go to another store so that negates the convenience factor.

For the management:
I have placed an order for custom cake(total 3 cakes) 15 days before the party. When I visited the store 4 days before the party, they said they can’t do the cake anymore as the cake decorator left. No one called me. Why don’t you inform your customer(I have given my number when I placed the order), please don’t do the same for the customers in the future. Please inform your employees to notify the customers incase of any changes.

Store itself is great, but 75 percent of the time they have people in the liquor section who have no clue what they’re talking about and are more interested in spending time on their phones than helping.

One of the most consistently well staffed and stocked QFCs I've been to. The staff is a definite silver lining that saves this QFC from a typical disappointing Kroger supermarket experience.
