Been going to ProCar for more than 10 years (finally decided age demanded someone younger than me work on my own cars, something I'd done for 40 years since high-school autoshop and working on my cars with my dad who was a mechanic- everything from oil changes and tune ups to engine rebuilds, so I'm pretty knowledgeable.). That said, Corey has lots more experience and knowledge than I do (I tell him what I think is wrong, and half the time he suggests maybe something else, and darned if he isn't right! I'd have found it eventually after everything else I did didn't fix it). My suburban stopped running down in Utah one hot summer and had to get towed to a shop 80 miles further down the road (that night's destination, actually, lucky me..) - called Corey for a first 'second opinion' and after symptom discussion he suggested over the phone an overheated original fuel pump - never woulda thunk it, bad gas?, fuel filter?, computer?, yea.. fuel pump? Nah.. - the Utah shop replaced the fuel pump and confirmed it. I learn something new every day no matter how hard I try. My advice is that when you find a good mechanic with integrity at a reasonable price, stick with him. He's more than a mechanic, he's a trusted friend now. Even though it's not to my benefit to recommend him (hard enough getting an appointment because he's pretty busy as it is), I selfishly want him to stay in business, so yea, I highly recommend ProCar. (BTW, that 1-star rating back in 2018 was a vehicle with all the emissions stuff removed. State law at the time would not grant a waiver in that situation - the emissions equipment at least had to be present. Everyone involved came away with a 'bad attitude' about it).

Highly recommend! They did amazing work on my car, and were able to recognize the main problem in my car, fix and replace what was needed to be done and were super professional and kind. They were also super patient and customer oriented, showing how much they care about the customers and truly want to help. Cory, and ofc, rest of the team, were really supportive during this process, since in my case this was something that dealership I got my car from missed fixing before selling it to me.That part of the story has been resolved as well, no worries about that too.Thank you!!Services: Steering & suspension repair

I Had the best experience you could possibly expect, unfortunately the car did not make it but it was ready to go. Corey at procar nw provided the best and quickest service with great advice! I would recommend to anyone looking for a new shop!

TL;DR Go here if you think any mechanic whether at a chain or locally is not telling the entire truth. Procar Northwest's team will ensure quality care.Trustworthy mechanics. Haven't seen those two words together for a long time in my life. However, I would describe this place as such. The staff is professional and excellent at their job. Hard to find that combination nowadays where experts are also able to explain to the layman what is wrong and demonstrate what needs to be done to fix it.

Cory was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose and repair my issue. I initially took my truck to a dealership who refused to even look until I replaced my 2-month old battery. I knew there was a deeper issue with the electrical system and Cory listened and quickly found and repaired the issue (battery was fine!). He took the time to explain the problem and solution and also walked through several options for additional work I was considering for the truck, explaining the pros and cons of each option as he went. I appreciate that level of service and won’t be taking my truck to a dealership again.

Had the guys work on my car a few times. They definitely prefer phone calls over booking by web. Both times I've had work done they have given accurate and fair price quotes, and service has been expedient.
