I was referred a job offering from someone who works for pennzoil I went there sign the application while doing that come to find put there new owners of all the locations in South Louisiana and the owner interviewed and told me hang tight she has to do something and the other manager was going to take care of me.....after sitting there he finally came ask me some questions.... look me in the eyes and told me I bad the jobs.....week past by no call ....so I decided to go back to the store....when I got there I knocked on the office door and the owner and the manager and some other guy I'm assuming her husband opener so I said hello it's me Byron I sign the application about 2 weeks ago and to my shock both female owner and manager look me in my eyes and told me they don't remember.....Like wtf kinda of shit is that

I was there very early this morning, waiting at the sign that says an Employee will guide you into the Bay. There were 2 Guys who looked at me sitting in my Car, I was first in line, the Car in the Bay left, ........15 minutes later I walked into the Office, and they saw me waiting for some help, they never bothered to acknowlege me, not once. So, I drove off. If you want no customer service, definately try them out!

I went to the penzoil station near me in Redmond. They did not have the filter so they called both the Bellevue and Issaquah stations to locate the one that has the filter. This was way beyond my expectations. I went to the Issaquah station and they were waiting for me. They were courteous, provided the service and I was on my way within 15 minutes.I will use their services again.

My car is an 2018 Japanese car. After driving only 2000 miles after changing full synthetic oil here, I come to another shop where they change the oil in front of me, the mechanic told me the oil looks more black and is also a bit short in volume. I suspect if they actually changed the oil for my car. This doesn’t feel right.

Incompetent. They save you $10 and waste a lot of your time and do damages worth of hundreds of dollars. Gory details: they forgot to reattach front of the aluminium bottom cover on my car and lost the hardware. At high speed it started beating at asphalt, the plastic under-cover got damaged and started sagging. After I brought my car back to Pennzoil they "fixed" it using ziptie and told me that if it sags more *I* may need to replace the cover. Also, be aware, on top of your groupon they charge you $6 or so for oil disposal. Never happened before with other Groupons.

I was a regular customer of Pennzoil, bringing three cars here. They must have changed ownership recently, as when I brought my Mazda in, I asked for a synthetic oil change, as I do with all my cars. When I got the bill it was $30 more than I've ever paid there. I went to go to the waiting room to check the listed price, and not only was the waiting room locked (which was odd), but I could see someone covered the synthetic price with paper! I paid out of frustration, but when I got home I noticed that the oil filter doesn't appear to be a Pennzoil oil filter - it's some generic filter. In addition, they didn't clean the car or do any fluid checks. Pennzoil has lost my business, which is too bad as in the past I liked this location. I'll find a new place to bring my cars.

I had a coupon they wouldn't honor. I made a big mistake and don't ask the price for an oil change. I was already in the bay and said to proceed. It cost $109 for 5 quarts of regular oil and filter. Just down the road at Jiffy lube it $49. One person on duty. Broken down van in one bay. Not a quality operation.

Horrible experience with this merchant. I have been coming here for oil change every 3-4 months for over 6 years. It has typically costed me about $30-35 to get oil changed for my car. I supported this business during covid times by driving over 40 miles to get my oil changed here regularly. Today, they changed the oil and presented me with a bill of about $90 without any warning that the cost had gone up (by three times!). This is for regular oil (not synthetic oil). They insisted that I had to pay that much. Additionally, they never did any of the regular top of fluids, checking the tire pressure etc. Find another place for your oil change needs.

Went to have my car oil changed. Service was OK, additional $6 for waste disposal fee was un-expected but I can accept that.The problem is they report incorrect mileage of my car on the service record (68000 instead of 21000). Now my car service history has incorrect mileage in all major car service history report company (Carfax, Autocheck...) and this cause major issue for selling my car!Service: Oil change

The guys working there don't get paid enough to care about things.Groupon is misleading. There's an additional $25 dollar fee for haz mat that should be disclosed.Due to supply issues they were also out of oil filters and couldn't be bothered to let people know.

I don't know too much about cars, but I found a Groupon coupon for a full synthetic oil change for $60. I thought what a steal! The employee ended up telling me that the Groupon didn't cover for my car and wanted to charge an extra $38 on top of the $60 I paid with Groupon. I had my car serviced at another Pennzoil and JiffyLube location before and this extra filter upcharge was never brought up when I ask for a full synthetic oil change. Not sure if they decided to do this to me because I was a young women. I think Groupon takes half the revenue of the deal so I GET IT, but it's dishonest business practice. I ended up returning my Groupon coupon and going to jiffylube in bellevue who were awesome and super informative!

I got a groupon for $16.72 oil change. When I went to get the oil changed the manager asks me for additional $27 for Hazmat fees. This was not even in the Groupon Fine print which states "Valid for up to 5 quarts of motor oil. Extra fees apply for additional quarts and specialty filters". So they openly violate the Groupon conditions and don't give a damn about it. An oil change for $16.72 and a Hazmat Fees for $27 - what a ripoff! Beware before you buy their groupon or even get oil changed there. Keep away! I called Groupon filed a complaint and they promptly refunded the money.
