Bluffers. Went for testing the electric parts. They just bluffed us away by saying that the testing equipment is out of order. But the Bellevue outlet staff were caring and did the job with out expectations. Orielly please sensitise Redmond,WA outlet. ?

The guy on this store was so rude to me. I was trying to replace the battery I bought with 3 year warranty and he said to bring the battery in the store. But I have no tools to take it out. I asked if I can borrow their tools and he was so rude saying “we don’t have tools here”. So I asked if I can I just refund the money ? He said yes, bring the battery back. I went to buy a new battery at the oil change place. Then when I was returning the battery to O Reilly, they said I can’t return it and refund my money. So I have to argue and said what they told me the day before and insisted. The guy who told me that I can refund it was angry and told the person attending to me to go and refund her money. He was angry. He processed the refund to go back to my card. I will never buy a battery here again.

Only reason this is 5 stars is they let me borrow a tool to get my break light out to replace it myself.

Bad attitude, and won't lift a finger to help costumers, the person working the night before had my filter in hand and said come back in the morning, but the fat guy in the morning said "I can't find it, too bad" it is worth it to drive the extra 20 minutes to go to a real store

Suren is rude and unhelpful. He said he was the manager and has limited knowledge and I have had 3 incidents with him specifically regarding multiple subjects. In late january he OPENED A BOTTLE OF UNUSED OIL I TRIED TO RETURN AND SAID "oops its open now i cant return it" and now today 5/18 he wont refund me to my debit card and gave me a store credit which i dont own a car anymore so whats the point? I have been coming to this oreillys for over 10 years. Not anymore. Corporate you need to audit this man and his management experience. I am extremely disappointed in this store for keeping such a rude unhelpful employee.

Lots of inventory means you can usually find the parts you need. Employees try to help but you generally need to know what you need before you get there.

Worst store ever can't talk to anyone when you call. When you go it the store you stand online waiting for the one clerk to help you even tho they don't have anyone at the counter. I have seen the manager skip over me and other customers and help the Spanish speaking customers. This store is ran by a racist manager when asked for corporate number he refuses to give it to you and says the owner live Montana

They obviously don’t know how to do business. They’re either rude, or drop you in the middle of helping you to help other customers. Very poor conduct at this store.

Every time I go there, they only have one clerk and a line of 5-10 customers waiting. It's never an option to just go in and get something quickly because you have to wait so long just to talk to someone who works there. And good luck if you need to ask a question about an item and then go through the wait again.
