I met Luke when I was looking for a personal trainer to help with my rehab after a knee surgery. I wanted to transition from Physiotherapy focusing just on my knee to being able to exercise my full body again. I find it really hard to make time for exercise with a very busy work schedule. Luke has been amazing on this journey, he is very supportive, approaches our training holistically, paying attention to not only the progress in my body but also my overall motivation and wellbeing. Not only Luke but the whole team here are approachable and friendly. The environment is not intimidating at all, they cater for a large variety of clients ranging from professional athletes to those who simply need to learn how to use their body and exercise. I can now jog again and keep learning more about how to take care of my body.

Perfect gym for personal training. I couldn’t recommend it more highly. All of the trainers are knowledgeable, motivational, and awesome people to work out with. The team here really cares about helping you succeed in your goals, and gets invested in your health and fitness.

I started workout sessions 2x week with Luke approximately 2 1/2 months ago. I'm over 50, active and in relatively good cardio/vascular condition, but I wanted help with muscle tone, flexibility and overall stability. Luke has been great for all of this. He asks each session how my body is feeling and works on problem areas if something is tight. He reviews my overall fitness and well being goals regularly. He knows how to read me and push me just beyond my comfort level without any occurring any overuse injuries. I truly enjoy my work out with him each time I go. His entire team seems very professional and friendly. They know everyone by their first names even if they don't work out with that particular client. I am very impressed by this. I would recommend Optimum Peak Fitness to to anyone who wants to improve their fitness- to the person who is just starting out, to the person who has had prior muscle/joint injuries or to the elite athlete working to improve their performance.

OPF has been instrumental to my health and fitness goals for the past 2 years. I started training with Lee in summer of 2021 and I’ve made enormous strides since. One thing that OPF does differently than other gyms is that they take a holistic view to your health. They make sure your foundation is solid before progressing. They incorporate physical therapy techniques into their training to ensure that you become not just strong, but bulletproof as well! I came to OPF with numerous old sports injuries in my hips and ankles, and I recovered more in 3 months of training with Lee than I did in 6 months of physical therapy.Thank you OPF for all that you do!!

My journey at Optimum Peak Fitness has been truly transformative. As a data scientist, I used to struggle with low energy, neck pain, and weight gain. But thanks to my trainers, Luke and Foster, things have drastically changed. They've tailored a program that perfectly blends physical therapy with strength training, striking a careful balance between challenge and safety. They patiently explain the muscle focus of each exercise, adjusting whenever necessary to prevent stress. Luke is an amazing trainer. I started going to OPF while recovering from a serious case of back injury and herniated disc. There were many exercises that triggered my pain and I already had switched 3 PTs. I was very hesitant to start a gym. Luke was very patient and careful. He kept adapting the exercises and correcting my moves to make sure they were safe for me and i was doing them correctly. Not only my condition has improved significantly in matter of weeks but i also started enjoying exercising and an active life.

Phenomenal facility and team! After spending the last 20 years of my life’s involved in mostly action sports, my body has taken some abuse. I came to OPF on recommendation from a friend who swore by their corrective philosophies. It is the best health and fitness change I have made. The team has worked with me through past injuries and current injuries while at the same time progress in my health and fitness goals. I highly recommend the team at OPF. They are not like all the other training / corrective facilities in the area. They are one of a kind and I will continue to recommend them to people I know and don’t know.

I've been in corrective exercise training with Luke Marinkovich for several weeks now. Since high school, because of an injury from squatting incorrectly, I've had lower back pain. I've been to doctors and physical therapists for this issue--had x-rays, doctors said my spine looked okay with no herniated disks. Went to physical therapy during two different periods, both of which I was told my injury would be treated as if my issue was from a herniated disk. During my intake appointment with Luke he determined right away that my issue was actually coming from hip inflexibility. He gave me several stretches to perform every day which have helped tremendously. My last appointment with Luke I was pain free. I have been doing powerlifting exercise programs for years, so the next step in my recovery is reworking these exercises with Luke.I couldn't recommend OPF services enough--not only are the trainers knowledgable about exercises and physiology and perceptive about anatomy, they are also very friendly, down-to-earth, fun people. I remember one thing I didn't like about going to physical therapy was it felt like I was going to a hospital and the people I worked with were very rigid and uptight, and I felt like I was being treated like a number in a chart. At OPF, not only are the facilities state-of-the-art, but I have found I enjoy the conversations and jokes as much as I have appreciated the training I have received and the benefits of recovery I've experienced. I recommend OPF and its staff to anyone looking for corrective exercise, personal training, or just looking to improve their overall wellness.

After the Covid era, I desperately sought a workout place to gain some motivation for exercise, gain strength and lose weight. One of my providers from Evergreen Hospital recommends Optimum Peak Fitness. That s how I met Luke and Ashley. I have been training there for last three months. Luke is a great person, an incredible coach, and a motivator. Surprisingly, he helped me get back to a workout routine and also helped me so much with my chronic back pain. He will create a workout plan only for you considering your body's functionality and need. Ashley is the best at coaching someone to create a healthy and balanced lifestyle. She will give you enough time to listen to you, understand you, and create a plan that is suitable just for you. Last but not least, I wanted to mention how excellent and clean their facility is. The gym's environment is amicable and warm; you will not feel judged there for a single moment. I highly recommend Optimum Peak Fitness to anyone wanting to build a balanced, healthy, happy, and strong body.

Highly recommend! I have only good things to say about this company. Everyone there is invested in your health and well-being.My personal trainer, Lee, started me off gradually, building my strength and stability with a variety of tools and exercises over several months, and now I have more muscle mass and more confidence in what my body can do. My low back pain is gone and my knees are feeling better than ever.

Optimum Peak Fitness is excellent! Our doctor wanted my autistic brother to get some training to increase strength and stability, and he recommended Optimum. We worked with Luke, who was simply amazing in handling the more challenging aspects of training a special needs individual. My brother really responded to Luke and successfully increased his strength and stability safely through his sessions with him. We would both highly recommend Optimum and Luke!
