The woman before me needed disposables, and the register gal was so informative, it almost made me want one!
But she did carry Skewed juice, ..in grapefruit... :) and had pods for Baton !! Best experience in a long time at a vaoe shop. All about the VAPE here!!

Most of the walls are empty. Very little selection or help when I asked if they had glass. Maybe 6 pieces total.

I am new to the Redmond area and decided to stop by to get a vape. I was helped by the lovely employee named Shyla. She showed me all the products I was curious about and even educated me on them as well. By far one of the best costumer experiences I have had. You rock Shyla! Keep up the good work!

The staff here is always extremely knowledgeable and they are patient and make sure to answer any questions you have. I love that they have a discounted area for when some vapes are getting older as it shows they care about their customers always having the freshest selection. I’m always greeted with a warm welcome and have never been disappointed in their selection. This is my favorite vape store around by far.

They sold me a broken vape and refused to replace it because there was a discount on it. I paid $16 and ended up just getting a vape shell. Don't set foot here again. the service is the worst. At first I didn’t even open the box, it was clear that all the liquid had flowed out.

I got upselled on a rechargable vape, and it completely died two days later after having some issues. It's rude that they would recommend a dysfunctional product.
