“Honestly, I havent made an appointment yet, but seeing the detailed responses from management to those that had false narratives is making me want to. Ill update when i get my transmission repaired.
Side note: i never understood why people dont post what their expenses were, and for what, so ill be doin that too especially if i have any other serious repairs (i do 80% of the work on my mini sans anything that requires lifting things out of the bay)
Update 1. They have been very responsive, i dropped my car off the day before the appointment, Which was june 16th, And everything went smoothly. I was quoted around 420$ for transmission service on my 2015 mini cooper. I made sure to ask for pictures/videos. They are also letting me keep the car there while im out of state and theyre workin on the car. Phenomenal customer service so far ?
Update 2. I specifically asked for photos and/or videos of the work they were doing. I have received none. Is there shavings in the fluid? Are the gears abnormally worn? I wouldnt know bc theres no photos. They did NOT communicate at all over the course of 6 days, until i had to message Matt about an update. He tells me the engine torque mount needs replaced bc of vibration, okay good catch, but is the mount broken? Or is it just loose? He quoted me 170$ for the replacement. I pick up the car on june 25th. This is VERY FAIR pricing so i can give leeway on less talkin while theyre doin all the workin. Matt ended up sending me the photos after i asked again and clarified he had planned to show me when i got there to pick up.-its not his issue, though ive had service repairs go south when i didnt have consistent updates.
Last update: yall, how this man gonna do transmission repair and my radio is working better?! And they cleaned the front seat mats. Total was 584ish and the mini is running smooth. Absolutely coming back, and i suggest you do too
