I cannot recommend Novus Glass of Rendmond enough. Had 3 windows broken during a smash and grab on Monday and needed my car for a road trip on Saturday and they got them replaced by Friday! Cye and team are amazing!!

I had a small crack in my windshield that they repaired. You can't tell it was there unless you know where to look. The staff were nice and attentive. I would go back to them again if I needed to.

Simple, straightforward, no over marketing. Installation of windshield went as promised, half the cost of original one, quality seems fine. Its been two weeks.

Great experience at Novus Redmond. Communications were efficient via text, the staff was friendly and was competent in interacting with my auto insurance. Overall, very hassle-free and they replaced the BMW iX windshield in a little over 1h.

My car got broken into and from the time I found it broken into to the time it was repaired was 4 hours. They got me in so fast. Were SO helpful. Absolutely put me first. They were kind, considerate and FAST! They made my bad day so much better and made a situation that could have taken days only take up a small portion of my day ! Thank you guys so so much ! Great folks, flexible, easy to work with. Fixed the chip in my Audi no problem. And although they were unable to fix the chip in my 50-year old car (we tried twice), he refused to take any money for the effort. He says this was the first time he was unable to fix a tiny chip, possibly due to the PO treating the windshield with a sealant or something. But hey, it's 50 years old, who knows. So if I decide to replace the windshield, I'll be going back to them for the job. Thanks again!

The people who work here are super friendly, and my new windshield which was replaced as part of an insurance claim looks great and was done within an hour or two of me dropping the car off, as well.
