These guys were selected by my relocation company and I cannot understand why. They showed up two separate days to pack my stuff, but they were rushed and insisted on being done after four hours. They were sloppy and careless. When I got to my destination and unpacked, I was further disappointed. I found things like my late mother's dishes packed with garage items and my leaf blower! Another box had lightbulbs at the bottom, with a clothes iron on top and bathroom toiletries literally thrown together, so things were leaking. I could have hired third graders to do what they did!

AMAZING!!!! From the first call to the last assembled item. They were on time and very professional. They went out of their way to make sure our move was easy and painless. I would recommend them over and over.

We just recently moved and this moving team was great! They came out and did an estimate a few weeks before and got us on the schedule asap when everyone else kept giving us the run around. The day of the team arrived earlier than scheduled and got straight to work. They were really respectful of our things, wrapped all our furniture very well, and took extra care when moving items ensuring they didn't scratch anything or bang the walls. They also put plastic down in our new house to keep our floors cleaned. Several times I saw them moving something heavy and stopping and communicating to each other to angle it better to ensure nothing was bumping the wall or ceiling, we just really appreciated this. They were so friendly and helpful we were really grateful to have such amazing people help us move and we definitely recommend them.

Just had a very bad interaction with one of North Coast's sales people. I called to discuss a local move, and got transferred by the person who answered to a sales person. The gentleman didn't share his name to start, so I asked who I was talking to... without responding, he asked who he was talking to! So I gave him my name, and again he chose not to share his name. At that point I told him I would not need their services. I am surprised these folks get any business...

"Forgot" to schedule our pick up, was a day late Did not schedule enough people to pack so the job was hurried and sloppy Confirmed delivery date repeatedly, yet was still a day late Several items missing and damaged and they make you jump through hoops to file a claim. Lots of "apologies" not much customer service Zero stars.

Moving is a horrible experience. It's really important to get the right team to help. Really appreciate Michelle and Stewart's help in moving. They sent a terrific team to help us move back into our house. Even the contractor was surprised that there wasn't damage to the walls. They worked fast, professional and helpful. Thanks.

I experienced a supremely positive one-two punch to knock out my move! Michelle was lightning on the logistics side and the crew turned out to be superheroes. Seriously. Moving is stressful and Michelle's thoroughness combined with the strength and just-the-right-amount-of humor from the crew to keep things lighthearted and, well, moving, was a dynamite combination. Also, the estimate from Michael on the front end was straightforward, simple and I felt I got a great deal. Thanks to all!
