“I have been there twice for a couple of issues I had with my new phone, not their fault at all. Yet every time I walked in there, I was greeted by a friendly person, eagerer to help me and resolve my issue. With out insulting my intelligence and most important, with respect. I, of course, gave them the same courtesy. I was in and out of the store with a working device in no time. While I understand that not all issues are going to be addressed as expedited as mine. I also understand in the value of the customer service experience and the people at ATT in Redmond Town Center will give you that if you treat them with respect and patience”

“After spending ten hours on the line with tech support the day before, I decided to go into a store to see if I could get help moving my iPhone and watch to T Mobile.Jasson helped me and it took him all of about 10 minutes to identify the issue, fix it, and send me on my merry way.Everyone was very nice and professional, greeted me, made small talk, etc. No one was pushy/"sales-y" in anyway or tried to sell me random stuff like other provider's stores have (looking at you, Verizon).It was a great experience, I was so happy they were able to help me!! The shop is busy with technicians working on personal device repair and data recovery. The environment is very clean and professional. The customer service is focused and direct.
I've purchased several phones from here, when T-Mobile didn't have what I wanted. I appreciate that this business is extending the useful life of personal technology devices, and decreasing these devices just becoming E-Waste.”
